Cook was really nice, but the tofu rice bowl we ordered tasted pretty nasty and my friend's sandwich had hair in it that we believe to be from the cook's beard :\ the noodles were fine but overall pretty disappointing
Came here since it had a 4.8 rating but I'm really shocked. We got rice bowls since we didn't want something heavy before a long drive.
The pork, mushroom, and hoisin glaze combination was super salty altogether. The mushrooms were the saltiest and almost inedible. I saw another person's review who said they love salty food but their meal was a bit too salty for them too. My bf thought his was overly salty and the chicken wasn't fresh-tasting, it tasted like microwaved chicken.
Definitely disappointing. We ate a few bites and hit the road. I guess the lesson is to only get ramen here, hopefully it's more flavorful than salted rice.

This is the best ramen I've had in my life. If I ever come in to money, my first step will be to pay this food truck to follow me around and make all of my meals for me. Do not be fooled by the overpriced spots in downtown Salida. They're not worth it. Get this ramen instead.

The Baja Bowl and Spicy Ramen were EXACTLY what the doctor ordered after a long weekend in Crestone. Amazing flavors, great service, and affordable prices. I will definitely be stopping back next time I'm in the area. 10/10 recommend!!

One thing is for sure, the man in the truck knows how to make some mean Ramen! The tantanmen was some of the best I've ever had, if I had 1 small criticism it's that it was a little heavy on the oil but I'm okay with that. Not sure if he's hunting for a brick and mortar spot, but if he is, I hope he gets it! It deserves it!

Absolutely delicious. Had the Tantanmen and was very satisfied with both portion size and taste.
Really didn't expect to find Ramen this good at a random food truck in Colorado. Very much worth trying if you happen to be in the area.

Great food and great service! Michael will happily accommodate to allergies as well. We love this place! So many great options, it's hard to choose. Gotta just try um all. And if you need a restroom....the skate shop right next door is very welcoming.

We visited this food truck spot on our recent trip to Salida and it was amazing! We would happily make the trip back just for this food truck! We tried a little bit of everything but our favorites were the Red Miso bowl, Bahn Mi and Spicy Meatballs with pickled relish. Five stars all the way around! Some of the best food we have had in our travels and a favorite for the whole family!

The food was good but I'm from out of town, I was passing through & stopped for some food. I had to go to the restroom & I didn't know if the restroom was open (in a lot of places they have no restroom, are closed or you have to be a paying customer "IV lived in Denver were there's a lot of homeless people so there restroom practices in some places can be strict.") I'm not saying I'm right but I went pee behind the dumpster where I was mostly none visible. The Owner came out, started cursing at me & saying I was disrespectful. For the most part I would say I partly agree with her. I didn't know they had an open restroom & I didn't know peeing behind the dumpster was disrespectful to them or I wouldn't have did it, I wasn't trying to be rude. The More concerning part was when me & my friend tried to apologize, her & the Rocky mountain Raman owner were very overly conventional. They were demonizing, tribalistic & dogmatic.
Demonize - the portrayal of something as wicked and threatening.
Tribalism - a strong loyalty or preference to a social group or tribe, especially when accompanied by negative feelings towards people outside of the group.
Dogmatic - inclined to lay down principles as incontrovertibly true.
I'm not saying I was right but I was trying to apologize. They weren't concerned with apologies, they were more concerned with being uncompromising & stubbornly shaming me for what I had done.
They didn't wana make peace, they wanted to yell at me.
Overall I like/liked the food, I will give them that. The Raman was good but if I was an outsider passing through I would be weary of my behavior. I'm sure the people of Rocky mountain Raman have some redeeming qualities but they Also seem to have a very short fuse.
I think there justified in being angry but I don't think there justified in being mean, unkind, overly confrontational & uncivil. I think we should always try to find peace were it can be found.
I hope you're experience there is better then mine.
