Sunday afternoon lunch; couldn’t complain if I tried. May I recommend the chicken tortillas soup? Nick & Nate behind the bar like a 1-2 combo🤟🏻

Folks waiting for tables got seated expeditiously.

I was quite underwhelmed with the whole experience. The food was okay. Portions are decent and will fill you up but it is bland. The food is entirely overpriced for the quality, but I justify it due to location. The servers weren't kind, but also not rude. It took a while to get seated and they were inattentive throughout. I don't blame the servers entirely as they were busy, but definitely not crowded. It was all just meh and a 2.5 rating in my books.

Great place to top a great day of skiing or to get your beverage fix mid session.

Staff was friendly but food quality is substandard, no seasoning on patty when ordering the burger or the Chicken on chicken chimichurri burger. Fries were salty

We had a great experience yesterday- coming from ikon resorts, the food was reasonably priced and we had a great time. Super friendly vibe. 10/10

I’m a season pass holder, I tip well, I’m super nice and polite every time I’m here, so why on earth is this staff so obnoxiously rude 100% of the time I come in? Blows my mind. I try to avoid it as much as possible, but sometimes you just don’t have groceries at home.

This place has always been over priced, expected because it is at a ski resort... but at least it used to have a decent menu and food. Recently the menu has shrunk (but not the prices) and the quality has gone WAY down. We used to eat here every weekend that we were at Monarch, now we would prefer to go downstairs and eat the cafeteria food which is almost as expensive but at least edible and even some what enjoyable. Side note.. my husband, son and I have been coming to Monarch for the past 9 years and live about an hour away so we have been here over a hundred times so we do know what we're talking about when writing this review.

I was surprised to see the Sidewinder had a 3 star rating. This is a great little bar for breaks between runs. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the food is decent (try the chili and jalapeno poppers). Sure, it used to be cheaper, this is a ski mountain and running the place isn't cheap. If you think it's expensive, feel free to go up to Breck, Aspen or Vail and compare prices.

Low quality food for high prices. The staff was friendly enough, yet next time we're here we'll hit up the cafeteria instead.

Food was delicious and the service was good. We had to wait a bit to get seated, but we're still in a pandemic - so it's totally understandable! We love skiing at Monarch, and the Sidewinder Saloon is a great place to get a bite.
