How this place is still open I will never understand, I ordered from here because I needed something quick to eat. And as a type one diabetic when I order something like a breakfast burrito I fully expect it to be more than just a tortilla with a egg

Two times over the last year I have came to this location. The first time- Went to the stalls and waited to place an order for 15 minutes nothing happened. Moved to another stall next to people that got food. Still nobody took my order. Went to the drive thru and waited in line another 15 before leaving- Without an oder taken.
Second time was a couple days ago. Went straight to the drive thru a lady took my order. I pulled up to the window and sat for 15 mins without a single person coming to the window. You could hear high pressure noise almost like they were power washing the floor or something. Drove off after 15 minutes and the other side of the building was spraying out water… again left without food and a long wait. Will never go to the salida location again. Officially over this sonic. Need to be shut down. I wish a zero star was an option.

I'm not sure how this location has been allowed to exist this long. They're literally terrible. They will mess up your your order constantly and then try to charge you to fix it. The food is subpar compared to other locations. Shut em down.

Just came through town 10-10-2024, it was 9am. There sign says open 8-11 ok. Pull up to drive thru, Riley the order taker says yes we’re open but you’ll have to wait 20 mins to get anything fried foods. Which is weird because you been open for a hour already. So we says we will wait, and pull up. We ask to use the bathroom, (which I forgot to mention we ate here used the bathroom the day before) but today she goes we can’t unlock the bathroom only the manger has the key. So closed the window and began to curse very loud and talk badly about me and my family in the car. My 12 year old son walked to go check the bathroom as we waiting in the drive thru. He slipped and fell in ice and jacked his knee up really bad and we have to go to the hospital now. There was a worker outside walked right by my son didn’t say a word to him, he just walked right by him. No worker salted there walk ways or anything. Just pure laziness. So we wait 30 mins for the food the guy opens the door and throws it at us. Literally threw it at us and slammed the door. We check the food all of it was wrong it was ice cold, the burrito looked like it had a massive spit loogey in it. Then they want to get in a argument with us about it, which is zero customer service skills at all. Then they yell at us tell use we can’t get a refund. Throws more food. Just totally disrespectful and pure laziness. The girls name was Riley, it was a young white kid and a young black kid working with her also. They all need fired asap. Place is a joke. And I’m filing a lawsuit against you guys for my sons knee. Also calling corporate office.

I work in food industry, I try not the leave bad reviews but today 11/4 around 12:20 I was the only person there and had maybe the worst experience of my life. I was greeted by a young lady who took every opportunity to cut me off as I ordered, saying "what else for you" as I'd get one or two words out of my mouth. Then after not listening at all, she completely botched my order, then proceeded to get upset and rude with me as I was attempting to just get what I ordered. This review is for management and or owners, the girl there today is ruining business and has absolutely ZERO interest in doing her job in the slightest.

Most worst food and service everything we ordered was wrong. The fresh toast sticks were doughy the burritos were not what they were supposed to be meat was wrong and they took a half hour with nobody in line. They're card machine was down. Just the worst experience ever. The iced coffee is horrible too

Food is typical fast food.
The service is horrendous. Kids standing around on the phone, instead of taking orders. Sat at a stall with a red blinking light saying they'd "be with me shortly" for fifteen minutes before I backed up and went through the drive thru. One kid working while 3 others played with their hair.

We ordered our food and drinks and received them within a reasonable amount of time. BUT my husband's coffee was cold and so very weak. All of our food was cold. He didn't want to make a fuss so we left. Can't recommend this Sonic.

I know going in that this Sonic will ignore my specifications. They will forget my sauces, they will not be friendly on the most basic of levels, and yet, I still come here. Sometimes I need a fast chicken sandwich and I get in the drive through line and wait an eternity, creeping along at a snail's pace, cursing my own stupidity for trying this Sonic again. At every turn, this location is terrible. I've never been surprised by a good experience. I think I have finally given up on this place.

Went through the drive through and was never asked if we want frys or tots, what size and the #1 came with nothing on it, and the guy at the window acted like we were crazy
