Great place with really tasty beer and food! Green chili ale was delicious with an amazing nose! Sky Fire ( or something like that ) was a really nice hazy. Will definitely be back when in Salida.
Parking: Food truck outside. Order food at bar and they will buzz you when you can go get your order. Outdoor patio seating. Bus your own tables.

Used to really truly love this place. One of my favorite breweries. They recently changed their food menu and took off any fun sides and snacks we used to enjoy. Now it's lots of expensive full meals which we do not enjoy nearly as much. We had asked in the past if it was okay to bring food in and we were told yes as long as it's outside, totally understandable! We were recently confronted about eating our food outside and it was explained in a rude and pushy way. This was really unfortunate and the service and rudeness from this individual was extremely disappointing as we usually have a great service experience.
We would still recommend and return as we love the beer.

I think the food cart these guys run is the best and most creative food in salida. There is always a special which showcases the imagination and skill of their chef.
My husband adores beer and says this is the best beer in all of colorado.
I have tried their dark beers and I think they're the most delicious dark beers around. Full bodied but not overly bitter. Very nice.

First time here. Could not have been more impressed with the service, the beer, nor the excellent Ridiculousness burger that I had. And I should say that the main reason I went there was because of their rating as being dog friendly. And that was totally the case. Not just the management, but the clientele as well seemed very chill with having well-behaved dogs on a leash sitting at an outdoor table. Five plus out of five stars!

The food is some of the best we’ve had in Salida. I got the Korean chicken sando and my wife got the shrimp bao-buns.. both knocked our socks off and we had to walk home barefoot.
