You just don't see this style of restaurants anymore! Quincy's will transport you back in time when steakhouses were a part of a high end experience. Their menu is limited with few choices but if you're coming down from a day of skiing and need a great steak dinner and a drink Quincy's is THE PLACE!

O.K., Quincy's has been a go to place for our family for literally 35 plus years, as they have owned property in the area, and the prices were right! But... that being said, this time the service was good, though it took quite some time to get your food, but the food was marginal. It was 'Prime Rib" night, and that was all you could order. The prime rib came wrapped in bacon, bu the guys had a hoot making fun of the 'bacon', as they said it could not have been real bacon. It looked like some other alien meat, altogether! The Prime Rib was decent, but nothing to write home about. At the end, the evening stop was good, because of all the laughs, and not the food. Had to sneak around the restaurant to steal a light bulb from another table, as ours was burned out. The end consensus was that the bacon came from someone's earlobe, and/or a Rocky Mountain Oyster sack.

Prompt service, pleasant surroundings, great staff and delicious food!

The lady that approached us rudely asked us if we were familiar with the menu. As if we couldn’t afford it. Upon agreeing to what was available. She seated us. The waitress was not rude but acted inconvenienced. The food was good. To bad help sucked. Sincerely Catherine Martinez North Dakota

The prix fixe menu of filet minon was delicious! It came with a slice of bread and butter, a salad, and a baked potato all for 14.95. The meat was tender and worth far more than the price. It was a cute little bar with a very old, 70s steakhouse vibe. The service was great, and we would definitely go back if we are in Salida again.

Bought a friend a $100 gift card to Quincy's. Went to dinner with them and they tried to redeem it. The staff said that it's expired. Nowhere on the gift card did it state that it would expire. They stated that ownership changed and all gift cards were canceled without any notice. Don't buy a gift card from here. Meat was tough and chewy. Baked potato was dry and crumbling like it had sat under a heat lamp. This place used to be such a gem but now it's just a disappointment.

Do yourself a favor, turn around and go next door. This restaurant is a 1 item restaurant and they cannot even do that right. We were there on their Filet Mignon night, it was scraps wrapped up in bacon to resemble a filet. Dirty tables, needed to get wiped off, twice. Very disappointed.

Only bc the beer was cold! Went in on a Thurs night for steak but after 10min (or more) of waiting for a server I got frustrated finished my beer & left! Now, there was one server, one bartender & one of me & the place was just about empty! If you're not paying attention to your customer(s) don't expect a good review!

Trying to have a nice dinner after driving all day. Thought so nice to just walk across the street from the Hampton. unbelievably loud obnoxious men drinking shots in the main dining area. requested they quiet dow, only became worse. asked to be moved to another section, but waitress & hostess didn't want to offend the other waitress where we would have been moved to. Filet mignon was tasteles, no seasoning at all & raw. I had requested medium & the waitress suggested I get med rare so that it wouldn't be overcooked. sent back, returned & only 1/2 was raw. What was good: baked potato & wedge salad.By simply moving us to a quieter area would have made everything else a little better.

Probably the best fillet and baked potato I have ever had at a restaurant. The wedge salad with House dressing was superb and the waitress was so sweet. $13.95 for a fillet baked potato and a wedge salad! They have prime rib a couple nights a week for $16.95.

Only offer one item, prime rib on weekends, filet mignon on weekdays. Absolutely amazing. Might have a small wait because it’s a popular place! Will definitely come back when we’re in the area!

We have been here a few times before, and it has always been wonderful. We were thrilled to get the chance to go again. It is reasonably priced...in fact amazingly so...and the food is fantastic, as is the service. We got the 6 oz filets which come with a baked potato, a wedge salad, and a piece of bread. I wish we had one of these closer to us!!!

Amazing!!! This is a one selection restaurant, last nights choice was Prime Rib, small medium or large, served with baked potato and wedge salad. No other options, and that was fine by us, we are sooo glad we gave it a try, some of the best prime rib we have ever had. Great service.
