Awesome sushi! The food is fresh, the rolls are good size, and the proportion of rice in each roll is modest. Excellent, friendly service.

Have had most restaurants in Salida and wanted to give this place a try for the Thai food. Saw the sushi and decided to try the sushi boat. It did not disappoint. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. I will definitely go back!

The food was delicious and the service very prompt! Unfortunately I had left my leftovers which got tossed out when I made it back there 5 minutes later. However, they kindly made me some more sushi rolls for free because they had tossed them out so soon. Great vegan options! The gyoza or very memorable!

Absolutely delicious and less crowded than the other sushi joint.

It's mountain sushi. It must be fresh. 😂. Seriously, a great restaurant.

Tried calling for takeout but they didn’t answer our calls.

Really delicious sushi! Lots of variety, and the people who served you really just have a good attitude about them. It is plated very beautifully with the boats being one of the highlights! A little bit cramped, but nothing the food can't make up for!

Dietary restrictions: Most dishes and main courses have gluten and/or other dietary restrictive things. But you probably could find a couple dishes without such restrictions.

The food is delicious! The service is wonderful! The seating is terrible! The tables and chairs are very close to other tables and chairs, making the people next to you part of your group. If you're not skinny, you might have an issue sitting down without knocking on the other table and people. And what really upset us was that the menus are filthy!!! I heard a lady next to us tell the server, and he pretty much ignored her. They really are nasty and should be sprayed with disinfectant or an antibacterial spray daily as recommended by the state. Again, we loved the food, but the seating is way too cramped, and we don't want to catch a virus or bacterial infection from the menus. We won't be going back.

I've never been treated so ridely. Tried to dine in. We gave them our phone # & waited 20 min for an open table. When they called & I showed up, they had given our table to someone else, and then the wait staff shrugged her shoulders, walked away and spent 5 minutes doing other things and pointedly ignored me while I was waiting in the door.

Best sushi I’ve had in awhile! I recommend the Triple Ninja and Slim Lady (non-traditional but good).
