Very underwhelmed after seeing the reviews. Went on a Friday night, and they were busy, which is to be expected. Though nobody seemed interested in acknowledging us as we waited to be seated, not even a "hey, with you in a second." Not the biggest deal on its own, but kind of set the tone. Eventually checked in after maybe five or ten minutes of just standing there with the bartender because it was the only person I could get to make eye contact with me. Not sure that did anything as he kind of just shrugged and pointed at one of the staffers running around but not every looking in our direction, but we soon got seated. I ordered the burrito supreme, which it said was served with beans and rice. No beans in mine or on the side. Just a big mush of mediocre and sometimes chewy but edible al pastor and a thin layer of bland rice. Got one Pepsi, but nobody offered to refill when I was done, never really saw the waiter again, and then had the check unceremoniously dropped on our table and confusion abounded when we asked if we could please order dessert, if that was OK with them. Dessert was the highlight for me. Deep fried cheesecake was tasty enough, but that was probably as much novelty with me as anything else. Could have been an off night, but food and service were a firm meh. Absolutely no rush to go back when I'm Salida way again.

Small place so 5:30pm had a wait and service was slow even though the employees were working extremely fast. Steak supreme burrito was bland as well as the pina colada. Won't be returning here

I wanted to love this place. The salsa served when we came in was delicious. But the rest of the food (which was on the pricey side--I hope it means staff is paid well) was really salty. And I love salt. But. Staff was friendly, but service wasn't particularly attentive. Still a decent stop on a roadtrip.

Best Mexican place in Chaffee County. Hands down, the service is incredible.
Best Chiles rellenos in the county. Whole chiles with fresh batter, I recommend crispy of course! Ask for the house hot sauces and go Christmas Style on 'em, you won't regret it

While working out of town, I stopped by this little food truck and it didn't disappoint for sure! I ordered the Asada fries and they were very good! They did have a little shaded sitting area which was a plus. It was pretty busy so I'm sure they have a lot of repeat customers.

The food was delicious!! Friendly staff, and got the food after 10 minutes ish. Started off with chips and salsa for free. Can really recommend! Chipotle Chicken Bowl was so good with lots of chipotle sauce ! Fajitas was really good as well!
