I often this Buffalo Wild Wings at least a few times a month, and I normally have a great time - the games I want are always playing and Taylor is always accommodating (even with large parties). However, this evening, Nika, was extremely unprofessional:
1. leaning all the way on to our table,
2. constantly forgetting what we ordered,
3. did not provide silverware nor napkins,
4. was generally rude to all members of our party,
5. disappeared...

Excellent customer service. They accidently left a 5 piece boneless out of my uber eats delivery order. And of course uber eats didnt do anything to make it right. So because I couldn't get a refund, I called and spoke to the manager and told them if I order again tonight, will you throw it in there for me? And they did! 10/10.
