It was our first time there tonight, and we were SUPER impressed. Their pizza crust and sauce were delicious! We’ll be driving from Rifle every time we want pizza now (it’s far superior than anything in our town). The sandwiches are made with fresh baked bread and they are massive! They also had rotating food and drink specials, and craft cocktails that looked so yummy! And they even have lattes!!! (I’m coming back for a pumpkin spice) As for desserts- the large selection of alluring pastries made me want to try one of everything! Tessa was our friendly server who was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She gave us the rundown and even knew who had baked each item! 10 out of 10 for my taste buds; it was a great experience.

Vegetarian options: I loved their fresh eggplant- very flavorful. I will try the veggie burrata sandwich next time!

Parking: Plenty of spots and room; especially when the other businesses in the “strip mall” are closed.

A very popular place among the locals - not even 5 minutes passed without a new visitor coming in. And this is not surprising - the staff is very friendly and inviting)) the food is very tasty)) before we knew it, there were only two pieces left of the pizza we ordered - thin dough, prepared by hand literally before your eyes, crispy crust, fresh and natural ingredients , revealing all their taste)) Great place!)) And you can sit outside, enjoying the mountain scenery))

Took quite a while to get a couple sandwiches,(40 min) but they were great! Pricing seemed pretty steep for the meal. But the leftovers were great the next day. We had the meal to go.

We got subs. They were good. If we ever visit silt again, we will for sure try this place again! The spinach artichoke stuffed mushrooms were absolutely to die for! Highly recommend!

Wife really enjoys the pizza, I haven’t tried it myself, I really think that business should play to their strengths, their sandwiches are not good. Their appetizers also are not good. Had 3 flies flying around and landing on our food while we were eating.

We got pizza here while on our trip to the Sobris Alpaca Farm. Pizza was tasty, great if you like a well done crust! The appetizers were ok, but the desserts were extraordinarily!! Cookies and Cinnamon Bread Pudding Cake were great!! And if you like animals, make sure to hit the alpaca farm only a couple miles down the road!
