Really yummy food. Quality and authentic. Pork and pineapple taco was sooooo good. Service lovely and friendly. Go for the food not the atmosphere and expect what it is. Muddy parking lot (not their fault) with an outhouse and spicket to wash your hands. I mean they have a bathroom and they did think of everything.
Fantastic tacos, empanadas, burritos. It’s safe to assume everything is on point. Great sauces too. Worth a trip to Silt. Wonderful service just adds to the experience. Great job Mayan tacos staff.
I’m from the East coast and was having trouble finding good food in Colorado until we found this spot. Our breakfast burrito was so good we had to make another trip a few days later. The green sauce was delicious too. Don’t be fooled by this place being a food truck,it is EVERYTHING
