Terrible…..just plain terrible. Avoid this location. I love Chipotle but this location is terrible. Google really needs to add a zero star for locations like Silverthorne.

Worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Terrible customer service. They are constantly closing early and "breaking down" early when they dont close early. Their portions are minimal compared to other locations. The other reason they have business is due to the franchise name.

Most uncomfortably cold restaurant I've ever eaten in, to the point where the metal tables topped turned the food cold the moment the bowls were set down.
Edited down to 1 star for the terrifying state of the bathrooms. Feces smeared on the toilet, broken hand dryer, no paper towels, and water out of the faucet even colder than out of the fountain.

Good food if you’re ok with a wait. The staff is ok but there are usually multiple staff members just sitting on the side while there’s a crazy line. Usually they are out of at least 1 item. Every once in a while they just stop the whole line to make a few online orders. Last time we waited over 15 minutes before we could order.

Worker couldn’t understand anything and barely understood English. I have no issue with not knowing English but please don’t get mad when people are getting frustrated

Aggravating every time, nothing negative just atleast if one person spoke fluent English would help.
Arrived as it opened. Food looked dried out and to be left out all night. Tables were dirty, floor and counters. Bathroom smell and dirty.

I wish we'd been here in season. Because of reduced staffing, the rides were open on an alternating schedule. Also, only one restaurant was open and very busy with long waits.

Now I see why the stock is tanking. Who is running the show at chipotle. Food is not as good, service so so, and just not what it used to be anymore.

I’m amazed that half of the employees here can even tie their own shoes. A few months ago it was a solid go to but somethings changed recently and not for the good.

Ordered tacos but wanted two different types. The staff did not listen and just took the first word out of my mouth and slapped barbacoa on both. Tacos were good though

Just not up to Chipotle's normal standard on multiple fronts.
I asked for the new brisket bowl and ended up only eating half. The big chunks of brisket shown in the image over the counter were non existent. (I just found bits of smokey meat I assumed were "brisket".) As it was prepared, the bored server was put out when I asked about the peppers visible in the picture. She looked at me, looked at the empty container in the hot table then realized she had to refill it -- work. This has been my least favorite chipotle location for a long time but my wife wanted it. Sigh. They must just be used to a lot of reliable skier traffic so quality isn't necessary.

Chicken was so low it was cold, wasn't fresh and they didn't offer to cook anymore it was 8:30p... Cash was kind. It was absolutely freezing in there. Not the best location I've been to... really sad as we were wrapping up a family trip.

The service is TERRIBLE. Nothing like making the customer feel they are an inconvenience by ordering a basic burrito.
