4 - as usual the food is good for Chipotle. However, the staff was rushed and lacked customer relations.

Always trying to save on ingredients.
Horrible service from staff, they need English lessons as well as customer service. Trash cans overflowing. Dirty bathrooms and tables

I hope I can give 0 star - Waited 15+ minutes in line, finally get to the counter, and the staff tells us “no steak today.” We asked twice and she confirmed. THREE minutes later—literally when we’re about to pay—steak magically shows up. We ask if we can switch, and the cashier snaps at us and says it’s “online only” (such a joke). Then the worker straight up rolled her eyes at us and ignored us. We walked out. Rude, dishonest, and totally unprofessional.

While i understand closing early on christmas eve, the sign on the door stated they would be closing at 3pm. We showed up at 2:55pm and the doors were already locked. I find this incredibly unfair and frustrating considering it was not 3pm. The employees should be honoring their signage and close the doors exactly at 3pm. This is a disappointment for customers.

I am a huge advocate for chipotle. But this chipotle is the worst. Longest line I’ve ever waited in and I eat at chipotle once a week at least for ten years. And they skimp on chicken. You’ll pay for double protein and barely get a single portion. I wish this location luck they need help.

If there was minus star I would rate it
The female employees were rude and openly mocked customers in their native language, which was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable.
Service was painfully slow, disorganized, and inefficient. It honestly feels like management—or the owner—needs to seriously reevaluate the entire staff if they want to protect the Chipotle brand and sustain this business

We placed an online order for two chicken quesadillas and drove to the store to pick it up. When we arrived, we were told they were out of chicken and only had barbacoa available. Unfortunately, the order had already been marked as delivered in the system, so the staff said they weren’t able to modify or refund it in-store.
Because of that, we were directed to handle the refund ourselves through the app or by calling customer support, which was frustrating since the issue wasn’t caused by us. We ended up leaving without our food and were out about $20.
I understand shortages happen, but better communication before completing the order or offering an in-store solution would’ve made a big difference. Disappointing experience overall.

Restaurantji Recommends
The restaurant area itself was nice (and clean) but they share a restroom with another restaurant (sandwich shop), which I think makes it difficult to upkeep. I imagine when sharing a space, it’s hard to take ownership of that space. I think the rest of what you can say about Chipotle is that it’s consistent throughout its locations. The food was good, but not the best Chipotle experience I’ve had.

You know I get they were closing in an hour. I walked in at nine wanting to get food. There was only food that looked more than hours and hours old. When asking about the steak they refused to make any or do anything but I’m telling you everything looked dry. Horrible go elsewhere

Stopped by for a quick taco after the lunch rush. No one in line, ask the person behind the counter a question and could hardly communicate with her. Ordered the tacos and grabbed bag of chips. She finished making the food and went back to help the next person in line although there was another employee there to help that person. I waited to pay and after seeing one employee cleaning tables and two other chatting it up, I waited several more minutes with no one wanting to take my money I left the food and walked out. The place could use some customer service training. I'll spend my money elsewhere......
For a restaurant on the river, this place really disappoints. There is a sewage smell immediately when you walk in. I ordered through the app and got shafted. The guac is brown and my burrito is half-sized. There was no original Chipotle sauce, and the Sprite was missing syrup. Straight soda water. This place needs a manager!
