Inside is dirty, meat portions are tiny, and staff is rude. Highly DO NIT recommend.

I am just flat out tired of having to go back and get the proportions that I paid for.
I placed an online order for a bowl with double chicken and when I opened it there was exactly seven pieces of chicken in there. I had to go up and ask them to give me my correct portions and they looked at me like I was stealing from their pockets.

There’s bad service, and then there’s this place. No hustle from the staff, stare at customers like they are the problem, and short you on all the portion sizes. There are a number of bad things about summit county- the quality of this particular chipotle is among the top of the list.

It seems like each time we come here, our take out order is completely wrong. So, we stopped going until tonight when we were desperate for something quick and gluten free. All three of our entrees were someone else’s food. It was like they took someone else’s order and put my name on the bag. When i complained via the app chat bot, I only get a credit not a refund for my order. And that credit is only valid for 30 days. Chipotle, you can do better. You have lost my business

Portions are smaller than the other chipotle’s I have recently visited. 3/4 of the employees there acted as if they hate their job. The music was as loud as a bar on a Saturday night. I would not recommend this location.
