The food and service were great. The music was honestly so loud it hurt to stand inside the building, so much so we (along with other patrons) all had to eat outside. And my child had to stay outside with another adult while ordering due to the loudness.

Dietary restrictions: I have several food allergies but was able to be accommodated (allergies: dairy, wheat, egg, soy). I used my FIG app to help me order safely, and the staff accolades my restrictions.

We stopped in a Chipotle in Grand Junction and we're reminded of how this location used to be. Silverthorn has gone downhill. I would go here also because it was the cleanest place for baby changes. It was more like a truck stop bathroom.

Stopped here on my road trip and the views are amazing when you sit outside! There’s a trail right next to it you can hope on for a little walk after lunch. Such a great place. The food was fast we ordered online. You do need a code to use the restrooms.
