I eat at this location at least once per month during ski season. If you are looking for authentic Mexican food and tasty margaritas, then this is a great bet. The staff is attentive, service is speedy and staff is always open to meeting specific requests or dietary restrictions. I typically have a carnitas burrito and they are filling and delicious. Speaking of filling, the margaritas are great. They are large and tasty. Loads of parking, not a problem. The site, like many in Dillon is in a strip mall, so if you are expecting Casa Bonita cliff divers, it will disappoint. That said, the space is clean and bright and has nice touches of a family restaurant.

Fiesta Jaliscos?? Oh you mean The Blackout Factory?! Two of their signature house margaritas will have you tipsy as a gypsy. Mexican food is american but actually what you want when your in full gypsy form. Go here, you wont regret it.
