Ordered two double cheeseburgers. One was made with the proper ingredients. The second one while I was eating it was made with tomatoes instead of pickles. When I bit into the burger, a big sloppy tomato fell out onto my lap causing me to jerk the wheel, ride up on curb and into a perfectly placed tree planted by Mcdonalds Corp. Now my 3$ burger has turned into a 500$ insurance claim.

The food is usually good BUT check your order before you leave. They almost never get it right.

I went to McDonald's.
Silverthorn colorado i got a quarter pound w cheese. which I asked for no pickles because I am allergic to them. they put 5 pickles on there. There was no mustard, no ketchup. No, nothing. Just a plain old burger and a piece of cheese. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The inaccuracies at this place are unreal, charged $20 for a large meal and they forget the fries. Absolutely incompetent at this location.

I went thru the drive-thru, which was fine. I'm glad I pulled over in the parking lot to eat real quick. I unwrapped my egg mcmuffin to find the top half of the English muffin burnt to a char. I went back in to ask for a replacement. Management opened and saw the charcoal and immediately replaced the sandwich. I can only assume the hope was someone would drive off and not see it until later. The person that made that mcmuffin surely wouldn't have eaten it themselves.

The food is the usual. The staff is good. The restaurant just feels a bit dull.

Found a giant mosquito or some other insect in my bag of fries. Never eating here again. I spend around $25-30 a month at a fast food place. As a local who lives here year round, that's 300-360 a year. Over 20 years, around $6,000 - $7,200
A single insect, probably worth .00000001 of a cent just lost this franchise thousands of dollars in revenue
First time I’ve ever gotten a McDonald’s chocolate chip cookie that was tiny and not warmed up- definitely not the normal gooey goodness, like they ran to Walgreens and pulled one of of a box.

Waited 15 minutes for coffee at curbside service. Went in and waited another 10 minutes for service. My coffee was ready all the time but apparently not enough staff to bring it out yo curbside.
