But the tales relayed to me about the Quarter Pounder Deluxe from this exceptional establishment have awoken in me a childlike wonderment that will, in due course, bring about a crusade to sup here to ingest said hamburger. 5/5

I’ve been here at least 15 times in the last 2 months and they have yet to get my order right one time. It’s actually astonishing at how I get a cheese burger and fries and ranch on the side and I get fries and no burger and no ranch ? I get it if this happens once or twice but it’s seriously ever. Single. Time. I come here

Awful service. First time stopping at this one and one kid was swinging the Apple Pay device out the drive through window by the cord. The same guy would “hand” me a bag of food with an attitude and while not looking at me so something could have gone wrong. The guy taking orders didn’t understand everything. Could be new, could be a language barrier. They were wondering why I was still sitting there waiting when they hadn’t given me my full order so they were just wasting my time and there’s. And did I mention the kids had terrible attitudes? Wtf.

This McDonald’s has gone so far down hill it’s sad. I don’t know if the staff purposely is rude and incompetent I mean it is McDonald’s. I’ve been spoken too rudely and been treated poorly enough here that I won’t be returning. There isn’t many food fast food options in this town and there is about to be one less if this place keeps operating the way they do.
We stopped by and had our first McRib and it was really great. I also left my wallet and one of the young men cleaning up found it and returned it to me, refusing a reward. Impressive service and character!

Replaced an online order the food took more than 15 minutes and asking three different people and they still gave us the wrong order. I also placed another order while I was waiting for our first order they overcharge me didn’t give me and didn’t give me a receipt. I find it odd that they added cash to a credit card sale so watch your receipt to people and double check. Your food is on top of all of that. We still don’t have the right food.
