It was 7:45pm on Sunday night. They close at 9pm. We pulled up to the door and as we were getting out of the car the one in charge ran to the door and locked it. About that time others came to pick up to go orders and ones inside were leaving. My husband went in and asked if we could get served. The lady in charge said she wanted to close by 9. Hubby pointed out the time and was told that he was not in charge there. He attempted to ask again if we could get food and she said he had a bad attitude. I may not have this exact but it is darn close. As a former fast food manager this would never have been acceptable. Family of four just needed supper.

Worse pizza I ever had in my life. Pizza hut Silverthone Colorado are very bad. Dry pizza. Worse toppings. I think this is my last time order at pizza hut. The lady at the counter are very good. But food was terrible.

I was unable to place an order. I tried, I really wanted Pizza Hut. First I called in an order which was routed to a foreign call center. With a little language barrier I was able to place an order and made it clear I was ordering to the Silverthorne location at 175 Stephen’s Way. I pulled up to the drive through and they had no record of my order. They suggested I pull around to the parking lot and make the order online. So I did. In the PH app, all of the deals were showing as unavailable. So okay, I go to the menu. All of the pizzas were also unavailable except for the personal pizzas. I tried to go inside to talk to the staff but the door was locked. So then I was going to pull back through the drive through but it was five cars deep. I gave up. Went to Windy City Pizza down the street and it was great. The staff was super cool, the pizza was quick, and it was really good, better than Pizza Hut.

This facilitate is really sketchy. You cannot make any orders online, via phone or in the store, even when it seems to be open we could place an order on Sunday at 4 pm it kept saying they ran out of every combination of pizza they had.

Pizza was fresh, and surprisingly fast! Thought we'd have a half hour or so to kill and had to get going immediately cause it said ready in 15!

The Pizza Hut located at 6203 Belmont Rd Richmond Virginia is THE WORST Pizza Hut...It's always employed with teenagers with bad customer service skills a whole sense of I don't care, they've had fights with the employees, and the wait for your pizza is always more than an hour I haven't order from them in a while and I decided to give him a chance today I went on the website and it had a delivery time of 60 minutes after I placed the order and it gave me a confirmation number the time went up to 115 -125 minute wait...you call the location to cancel or check on your order you either get attitude like it's their money or end up with cold a** Pizza Hut I'm DONE with Pizza Hut!

They are only accepting orders through the internet or over the phone, with pickup onsite. This could be better advertised (i.e. when entering the parking lot) so that people don't end ip waiting in line for a Drive-Thru that won't let them order.

How does a PIZZA HUT never have PIZZA?? This is the third time (more than usual) in a month I have tried to order a pizza from this Pizza Hut and they don’t even have the ability to make it. Every single pizza option just says unavailable. It has Pizza in the name guys come on..
