Worst subway across Usa and worst experience , food is not at all fresh.

This shop does not honor a coupon if it involves steak. I was in a group of three and was paying for everyone. Did not know what was ordered by the first person. No one ordered chips and a drink just sandwiches. Manager was about to throw away the receipt, and I asked for it. Seemed very rude about it. After we left the store I checked on the receipt because it seemed high. I was charged for chips and a drinks we never got. Helpers couldn't speak English and I received mustard on a chicken sandwich and was going to refuse it because I didn't ask for mustard, but took the sandwich anyway. I took the last white bread because that was all they had. Very dry and old bread. I am a local and will never return to this shop again. I was treated very rudely I guess because I couldn't understand what they were saying.

Horrible and rude people working here. Avoid at all costs! A gentleman before me had an online order that he placed and then got a notification that it was ready. An older short hispanic woman snapped at him when he asked for it and yelled something like, "It's not in the computer and they aren't going to make it for him." He was perfectly polite even though she was evil to him. She then proceeded to ignore him completely. My son then tried to order and told her everything he wanted. She mumbled something while having her back turned to which I said, "excuse me?"
She snapped at us and told us we were stupid for not understanding her. This behavior towards my son infuriated me but I didn't go off on her. I asked her why she was so rude and that if she wants us to understand her she cannot be facing away from us while mumbling. We left and I then spoke with the previous customer outside. We couldn't believe this is how we were treated in Silverthorne of all places. I've been going to this Subway for years as a pitstop from Vail to Denver. Never again. Hopefully the franchise owner reads this as believe it or not, I think this awful person is the manager. She ruined our whole day and my son couldn't understand why she would call us stupid. Very very pathetic.

Definitely one of the worst services, the employee has a bad face and the lady seems to bother you when you ask her something. And if people came, they even got upset.
I'm reading the reviews and most of them are from those who serve... it should be a requirement that they know how to treat people. They have something that covers where the meats are apart from the plastic, some metal and I asked her if she could see what meats there were and she said no but the employee was kind of upset. So with that aluminum lid that doesn't let you see, you don't want it because you don't know what to order.

We both wanted 6" sandwiches and we're told a ehas to buy foot longs. Then they cut the foot longs into two halves (meaning 6" each). The one lady didn't speak English and was making my flat bread sandwich like a burrito and didn't understand that the meat and toppings goes long ways, not across the short side in the middle of the bread. Bread was stale. We usually love Subway and this was beyond disappointing.

Employee was very unprofessional and rude, when a customer comes into the store she is doing her job instead of serving us and this is not the first time and she is teaching us how to treat her i hate her customer service

The food wasn't fresh, and the service was rude and unprofessional. I counted having to repeat myself 6 times while trying to get a simple sandwich order across, which was interrupted simply by idle conversation with the other employee. By the end of it all, even the greens in my sandwich were dry and yellow. 1/10 don't eat at this subways ?

Teach the old lady how to speak english. She's probably the backbone of your operations, but she could clearly use some help.
Nothing about this location is eating fresh. Lettuce was yellow, pickles looked dry, and tomatoes looked like they were cut last week. I asked the worker how old the toppings were and she just laughed as if it's a joke. I'd be ashamed if I was in charge of this location. Serving old food on sandwiches is just wrong. Not to mention asking for a tip at the end. Like you are already serving a subpar product, now you want me to pay extra to subsidize your employees pay? What a disgrace
