Stopped at Subway on Friday for lunch takeout. The restaurant was not very busy. We ordered two sandwiches and the employee said they were out of cheese! We opened the sandwiches in the car to find that they were poorly made, sparse meat, very little toppings! Shame on you!
The manager needs to retrain the employees and go to City Market and purchase cheese for the day!

I chose to use Subway to cater my daughter's wedding, this went through EZCater and you had to pay in advance with the order. I spoke to the Silverthorn store, and she assured me that 15 platters would not be a problem, but I had to give her at least 3 weeks' notice for scheduling her help to ensure they could do the order. I submitted the order online to be filled at the Silverthorn store, and somehow it got changed to the Frisco store. The manager at Silverthorn assured me that it wasn't a problem and they had my order and were going to take care of everything. I tried calling the Frisco store and no one would answer the phone! Needless to say, the day before the wedding I went into the Silverthorn store, and they had to get the manager on the phone. She told me to go talk to Frisco and sort it out with them. So, I ended up filling the order through them even though Silverthorn said they had it all set to go. This was the most stressful part of all, being lied to! I was charged three times through EZCater to boot and they never had anyone available to discuss it with! I ended up disputing the $812 charge with my credit card company. I would never deal with either store ever again!

Over priced and terrible value. Go to snarfs across the parking lot, you’ll save money and get a way better sandwich.
The sketchy dude in the dodgers hat kept popping his head out but wasn’t helping customers. Like he was looking for someone (that wasn’t a sandwich customer). Sketchy vibes all around
If you want to lose $45 for two sandwiches with day-old bread, this is the place for you

On my first visit, I was overcharged for a 6-inch flatbread sandwich- they charged me $24 - when I said that is not right they corrected me and said I am wrong… On my second visit today, when I again requested a 6-inch flatbread (which is listed on your menu), the employee told me it was not available. Even after I explained it was on the menu, he insisted it could not be done—when in reality, all that was needed was to cut the flatbread in half- I then left and took my business elsewhere. On another occasion when I did receive the 6-inch flatbread, my sandwich was drenched in vinaigrette, making it inedible. He hardly spoke English and was overall rude.
This has consistently been the worst experience I’ve had at any Subway. Since I live nearby, I truly wish this location offered better service so I could actually eat here.
Do yourself a favor and do not eat here - I won’t be surprised if this location goes out of business.

They rob you.
I ordered a Rotisserie Footlong, which should have been $9.19 as their their charge board. Adrianna the staff there charged me $13.75 under some other sandwich. When I confronted, she said what is your problem? I explained her what is the case to which she realized that she is caught she says yes that's the price. She quickly rushes to her register and gives me a dollar and says here is your difference, happy? She then runs another receipt for some another sandwich and hands that to me?
This whole episode is making me think what was she trying to do? Steal for herself or for the owners?
There were hardly other guests, so she wasn't even rushed

Older foreign woman was working could barely understand me she put the meat on fine then she put a bit too much cheese by putting it on both sides when she could’ve just put it on one then she left it in the toaster as it was beeping red over the time of completion (15 sec xtra) while she ran around doing whatever she felt like Then she proceeds to ask which vegetables I accidentally say lettuce first as my order was tomato, lettuce, onion, and instead of waiting to hear me out, she just puts the lettuce on first when she Should’ve waited to hear the full list and Put the flat vegetables on first After she got the amount of chipotle sauce I wanted right I tried to ask if the Parmesan vinaigrette was the only type they had and then she just jumped and squirted it all over my sandwich Moving way too fast and not caring about customer satisfaction.
I asked for no cheese three times and it still gave me cheese. I am allergic to cheese. I said no cheese and I said I am allergic to dairy.
Delicious, fast, very friendly.
Good food, but super slow. Staff needs help. Schedule more people.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE + THEY OVERCHARGE.
Terrible! Couldn't even eat it! Bread was so dry and crusty Plus I didn't want it toasted and it was. Cross contaminated knives! I'm allergic to avocados and the knife wasn't sanitized between use. So I also couldn't eat it. Extremely disappointed
The truth is that I work nearby, their breads are very tasty but they must respect the line since they make everyone's orders and do not respect the order.
Worst subway across Usa and worst experience , food is not at all fresh.

This shop does not honor a coupon if it involves steak. I was in a group of three and was paying for everyone. Did not know what was ordered by the first person. No one ordered chips and a drink just sandwiches. Manager was about to throw away the receipt, and I asked for it. Seemed very rude about it. After we left the store I checked on the receipt because it seemed high. I was charged for chips and a drinks we never got. Helpers couldn't speak English and I received mustard on a chicken sandwich and was going to refuse it because I didn't ask for mustard, but took the sandwich anyway. I took the last white bread because that was all they had. Very dry and old bread. I am a local and will never return to this shop again. I was treated very rudely I guess because I couldn't understand what they were saying.
