The restaurant is a nice surprise in Silverthorn, tucked behind the outlets just north of I-25 off Hwy 9. It features a cool theme with many items sourced from locals. The cocktail selection is excellent, including a huge whiskey and bourbon selection, and the Breck Expresso Vodka is a must-try. The artisan entrees are flavorful and perfectly balanced, with highlights like the Goat Cheese Pizzetta and Shrimp and Grits. The staff is attentive and friendly, and there are several gluten-free options on the menu, including the house cornbread. The Asian fried chicken is delicious, and the atmosphere is good, with a nice patio that is dog-friendly. The place can get really busy in the high seasons (winter and summer), but it's definitely worth a stop if you're heading into the mountains.
