Absolutely worthless employees, my order has never been correct from this place, ever. $25 spent and they forgot half the order. Go anywhere else but this place, it's a complete waste of money. Pathetic.

Employees are too busy jacking around and laughing to do their actual job. Jumping around carrying on in Spanish. I about drove off due to them not coming to the window for extended amount of time. Customers wouldn’t have to wait forever for food if managers actually managed. Heavier set gentleman was just sitting in the office watching it happen. Wasted $20 on food last night. Fountain drink had no carbonation and no straw, wasn’t given a straw or spoon for the frosty. Driving another 90 miles I wasted both drinks. Tried to call but the teenager Hispanic employees couldn’t care less and hung up on me 3 times. Don’t waste your time with this place. I’ll be calling corporate to file complaint.

During my recent visit to a Wendy’s location in the Colorado mountains, I was disappointed by the way I was treated. As an international visitor, I expected friendly and equal service, but unfortunately encountered behavior that felt discriminatory. This experience was disheartening because I’ve always enjoyed Wendy’s food and the welcoming atmosphere it’s known for. Sadly, I noticed similar attitudes in several places across Colorado, which made me feel unwelcome.

me and my boyfriend went through drive through after a long day of skiing and were excited to get some food after a long day. we asked for chicken tenders and were rudely answered with “no tenders” in an annoyed tone. we then asked for 2 spicy chicken sandwich combos with a frosty for each meal. when we got to the window we only got 1 sandwich and fry (along with no receipt). we told them we ordered 2 meals and they charged us another $10 (gave a receipt that time 🤔) but not another fry with the meal. tried to gaslight us into thinking we only asked for one meal, very frustrated with the service and how we were treated. food was at least decent i guess. never coming here again!
