Ordered at the kiosk, waited 20 minutes for food that sat for 15 minutes. When we asked the manager to remake the cold sandwich and potatoes she put items in microwave and assumed it would be OK. There was only 1 other customer eating inside. Staff untrained and manager worthless.

Always get my order wrong. Never a time they get it right. I’m hangry as it is. Why does it seem so hard to get an order right. Are they even trained correctly??!! Some of them don’t even speak English. Workers didn’t even understand what I said. Added extra food I didn’t even order and still charged me. Spent 50$ for food for just TWO people. Ridiculous.

I ordered a quarter pounder and got a chicken sandwich. Fries old and cold, what happened to the commercial hot and fresh or they would make it right, oh that's right they quit airing it.

The employees went out of there way to help us! This was our first time eating Wendy's breakfast and we were pleasantly surprised. The Egg Baconator has some type of creamy sauce on it that was a bit over the top. The breakfast potatoes were AMAZING! I would not recommend the French toast slices- I couldn't force my family to eat them after the first bite. But the egg sandwiches were great! Thanks, Wendy's!

So the situation accrued on march 23d 9:54 am I was attempting to get some grab, and this guy on the drive-trough with a foreign accent couldn’t really speak clearly and then he got mad for asking him to repeat what he said end result no food and not the greatest experience and the zestiest encounter I have ever experienced
