Stopped in just to grab a quick bite. Did the mobile order via drive thru, and it was awesome. Packed and organized well, fries/baked potato/cinnamon bon items were all made correct and well. Food seemed fresh too, like fries came out perfect. Went inside to use the restroom to see a nice full lobby that was clean as well as bathrooms. This location is definitely an OG styled Wendy’s(as a child of the 90s I loved it) and I appreciate the attention at this location compared to some city Wendy’s. I’m sure hours vary being a smaller town and especially after Covid but I didn’t run into this issue

We came to buy food through the drive thru, we are from Summit County and we always buy at that store but on this occasion David served us on the afternoon shift and he was totally rude and gave us whatever he wanted when we ordered 3 combos medium and a salad and he only gave us half of everything, we gave him the order and he told us that he speaks English and Spanish and that we don't know how to make the order and he still started disrespecting us and that next time he was going to tax when he did not know how to take the order

The surge pricing here is absurd, and everyone working sounded extremely depressed to be there, let alone take my order.Way overpriced for what it is, check out another spot in town that doesn't use surge price tactics as a business agenda.

It's Wendy's and it's too expensive for fast food. With that said, have you had the chili, so so good. Use the app, easy and faster and they seem to get the order right, so that's always a plus.

Mrs. Lorna, who according to her is the Manager, is super rude. We had to wait for more than 15 minutes for breakfast and she gave the meal time and we wanted to order food, when she was going to take the order she said that she was still grabbing breakfasts and that he was going to take the breakfast orders and he asked those in the back who else was going for breakfast and he told us to wait longer... we told him that we would get breakfast then as long as he would serve us instead of serving us he left and He left us for another 5 minutes to continue preparing the orders that came in and told us that until they finished preparing the orders that came in. What bothered me was that when we asked for breakfast or lunch, he didn't attend to us and wanted to attend to those behind us.She is the rudest person and she spoke loudly to us and we had a lot of patience because she is already a grown lady... and it is not the first time she behaves like this. And not even how to report her to the manager because she is the Manager.IT'S NOT VALUE BECAUSE HE'S NOT DOING US A FAVOR, HE'S DOING HIS JOB.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. Some of the staff members here clearly under the influence of drugs and or alcohol there was 2 young females that were cursing at eachother and the manager even tho he needs training on customer service and not to mention he walked off while taking my order to answer a phone call he was getting in his personal device I am extremely disappointed in the staff service and quality of my food. Would give 0 stars if possible

I'm sure like so many needing a quick food fix to stave off the fake dying moans of hungry children that feel they can no longer go on, they stop at Wendy's. Jerrad was such a patient and tolerant drive-thru attendant. He worked through our order where it changed and updated a dozen times as my kids kept changing their mind. He was funny and engaging...not something you'd expect at a fast food restaurant. Food was as expected from any Wendy's, but Jerrad set the restaurant apart.

Even though the app and signs say they open at 6am, don't expect this staff and location to honor that. I have been here many mornings and they won't open before 7am. I have also ordered on the app and just lose my order and money cause the transaction goes through but they are not open.
