One of the best sandwiches Ive had in a while. Took a bit to decide because of the hundred different options, but thats not a bad thing. No need for double meat or double cheese. The service was great and the atmosphere was very chill. Would highly recommend stopping by

Showed up to get 6 sandwiches for my family at 7:45 and my buddy an I were told the place was closed! I mentioned, then why does your sign and google say 8pm. I am a business owner and if my sign says we are open till a time, we are open till that time

We got free sandwich coupons from the owner because he had heard bad rep around about which wich. Here’s why all the bad rep is accurate. I went in there to get sandwiches for my boyfriend and I. I looked at the menu and asked a question about one of their sandwiches. The guy said he didn’t know because he never eats the food there. I then proceeded to fill out the paper bag with what I wanted in my sandwich. I waited a good 20 min for 2 sandwiches. Then I get back to the store I was at before and my sandwich doesn’t have 2 of the things I had written on my bag. So I go back over and ask them to fix it. And the guy grabbed the old sandwich out of my hand and threw it in the trash instead of letting me keep it. He fixed it and gave me the new one. I walked back over to the store I was at and my boyfriend’s sandwich had nothing but meat on it when the bag had tons of stuff written on it. So I walked back over and he took the sandwich out of my hand and threw it away. Just like the other. Not even bothering to ask if we wanted to keep it. He laughed at me and rolled his eyes and made my sandwich. So in total I had to go over there 3 times and had to have both of our sandwiches remade. Every time I walked back in there no one was to be found and it took 2 minutes before anyone came out to help me. I understand the bad rep. And I won’t be coming here again. And you shouldn’t either.

This is a HEALTH AND SAFETY review, not a food review. UNSAFE HAND CLEANING!

This biz is in charge of the bathrooms of this building. I knew who managed this before: the outlets, and it was always pristine. I know the issues with having excess guests that cause excess wear. That does not affect how they know and manage basic standards of health and human safety.

They don't keep the soap pumps in working order and must resort to external devices. I came into the restrooms to only find hand sanitizer. 70% at that...when 90% is needed for viruses and non are rated for fecal matter. (Only 20 seconds of soap scrubbing works with this. When establishments offer hand sanitizer in bathrooms, they are enticing a time saving human to use it over soap. It is not recommeded in bathrooms. Let alone as the only option- that is against health and human safety standards.)

I went to complain to Chipotle and they had an attititude and dismissed me to Which Wich, the managers of the restrooms. I said, their staff used that bathroom and they should care more and let their leads know to put pressure on Which Wich to do a proper job. They dismissed me more, did not take action, and showed they didn't care.

I went to Which Wich's manager and imformed them that I've been a professional in that biz and how they are doing it is wrong. He got defensive and started asking invasive personal questions about me, as if he wanted to be able to track me down. He said they took the soap out because guests steal them, and the permanent ones are broken. I said that he will have to endure theft or solve it to follow safety standards.

He confirmed those bathrooms were used for staff. I said he's endangering his staff and customers of three restaurants there. He said he would fix it, but was still dismissive. This was a while ago, but now that we have 4 viruses rampant, I thought it important for the public to know their mentality. That's the leadership's thinking. Their values. Their training. I got the impression he even knew the standard and was choosing against it to save his hasstle. I think HHS is number one when serving food. If you can't follow it, then you don't deserve to serve food. It THE prerequisite. Poor taste or service is your prerogative, but cleanliness is A MUST.

Went a couple weeks ago and ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich. There was three droplets of buffalo sauce and two slices of meat. I asked for more buffalo sauce since it wasn’t what I ordered and the manager told me they only give 3.2 oz of meat and there was enough sauce. I said there are three drops on there and it’d be nice to get what I paid for. He refused and was completely rude, I couldn’t image hiring someone so rude as an employee. My partner got a wrap which was $3 more and there were barely two slices of meat on her sandwhich and they said it was enough. On the wall of the store it says they have a customer satisfaction guarantee and they had anything but good customer service and the food was horrible. Go anywhere else but here.

I am a Canadian 🇨🇦 My first time ever at the wich wich location. Never tried this place before. So many options but the associates were very welcoming, friendly and insighful. Gave me the best choice based on my type of food and showed me how every worked. He took his time and was patient with me until I figured it out. Amazing customer service from Charlie!

Ordered Tuna, received turkey and bacon. The order is on a paper that very clearly says Tuna and is in front of their face the whole time. The kid working the register was very clearly stoned and could not function. Would obviously never come back here, I’d rather just get a stomach ache from the chipotle next door

Worst service,employees pretend they can't speak English. They were rude,slow, actually hopeless.management needs to take a good look at this store.worst experience of any food outlet i have ever had.would never go back.
