I am a Canadian 🇨🇦 My first time ever at the wich wich location. Never tried this place before. So many options but the associates were very welcoming, friendly and insighful. Gave me the best choice based on my type of food and showed me how every worked. He took his time and was patient with me until I figured it out. Amazing customer service from Charlie!

Need an upgrade on the bread! So many places overlook the bread and this place is no exception. Everything else was good, but bread brought it all down.

Ordered Tuna, received turkey and bacon. The order is on a paper that very clearly says Tuna and is in front of their face the whole time. The kid working the register was very clearly stoned and could not function. Would obviously never come back here, I’d rather just get a stomach ache from the chipotle next door

Worst service,employees pretend they can't speak English. They were rude,slow, actually hopeless.management needs to take a good look at this store.worst experience of any food outlet i have ever had.would never go back.

This place has gone really downhill. Empty and still took 20 mins, stale bread and below average for a 15 dollar sandwich. I'd skip and eat somewhere else.

We waited 30 minutes for our meal and then had to cancel because by the time they got to ours, they ran out of everything that we ordered. Continued to take orders for things that they didn’t even have and making customers wait. We waited in store 30 minutes before finding out order needed to be canceled. Then 20 minutes later our soda cups were leaking! Also, which which change your model because having people lineup to fill out their papers and then lineup to pay is causing double the wait time thank you.

Absolutely incompetent. ‘The printer didn’t print your order.’ … ‘Oh that’s not your sandwich?’ This took longer than making the bread myself.

Sadly, the worst experience. Both employees spoke almost no English. I ordered the four sandwich combo they had advertised IN THE FRONT WINDOW for $40. Came to $68 and change lol. I pointed at the advertisement. She just shrugged her shoulders. She couldn’t change or fix it. Had to leave

They provide bags with checklists so your order can't be wrong, yet they still seem to disappoint.
First attempt, they gave me a regular size when I ordered large. Second attempt on a Turkey Bacon Ranch they forgot the bacon (which you pay a premium for), and gave me white bread when I ordered wheat. Unfortunately for me, I'd already left and had to go to work.
Total waste of $20... oh yeah their prices are outrageous for what you get...

The people in this work place don't pay attention and won't give you the food you requested! The shake was wrong and Like water and when we asked they didn't fix it
