My first time ever at one of these shops and I won't be back. The person that rung me up couldn't figure out how to give back 98 cents in change. She didn't know what each coin was worth. LmaoTook about 25 minutes to get my sandwich and only one couple was in front of me.

I ordered a vegetarian tomato avocado sandwich. 13 ish bucks. I got no tomato, no avocado. But did get one piece of spinach and one cucumber and cheese. Absolutely shameful. I wish I asked for a receipt in hindsight so I could get my money back.

Classic Sammy shop ran by staff that don't care. Several people can be seen sitting in back while one woman is working. Not very helpful or inviting and made my turkey and cheese sandwich after the people that ordered after me. Took forever. Go to snarf's.

Only came here because the Chipotle next door closed early, but still hoped for the best. It blows my mind that a place that specializes in sandwiches does such a bad job on them. Granted, I'm not a regular and it could've just been an unlucky day, but this was the most overpriced sandwich I've had in years, possibly ever. $16 for a "large" Philly cheesesteak that was mostly bread. The peppers and onions were virtually non-existent. Sure, the bread makes it seem like a large sandwich, but there's minimal substance. Subway is better, and I only go there if I'm feeling desperate. Or if you like bread that much buy a baguette from the grocery store and call it a day because that's mostly what you're paying for: a large piece of bread wrapped in foil. (2 stars because they technically got the order right, and service was fast.)

I just had the strangest experience at this Wich Which (Silverhthorne, CO. Monday, 24 July at 5:20 PM). There was no one else that needed to be helped and I only ordered one sandwich and it took forever to make. The two young men working behind the counter were wrestling around with each other and playing on their phones and not even making the sandwich. I also gave a 22% tip so wasn’t stoked I was watching wrestling instead of a sandwich being made. When they finally did make the sandwich, the ratios were totally off and the ingredients were terribly dispersed with chunks of things thrown on the sandwich instead of everything placed evenly throughout the sub. It was honestly embarrassing how unprofessionally the employees were behaving and not doing their jobs properly.

After a nasty encounter trying to get something to eat at Timberline, we left and pulled in here to grab a bite before getting back on the road for a long drive ahead. Completely different menu obviously but guess what ? EVERYONE had a smile on their face! And get this - they WELCOMED us in as paying customers ! How's that for a novel idea ?? So friendly and warm - turned our bad experience into a positive one and we were back on the road ! Thanks all! You guys ROCK!

I don't get up into the mountains much but when I go outside of my normal area I like to check out new places to eat. Today I chose which wich! The staff here was quick to answer questions for a first timer, very polite, and smiled at me like I was a welcomed guest. Adam took my money, had a huge smiled, even joked with me a little and added to my great experience. I chose the wicked wich on wheat with extra mayo and onion. The wich was ok, good flavor, little dry, but all around a good first experience. I just wish it had been Wednesday! Thanks for giving me a great first time experience I hope to be back again next time I am in the area!
