I've had great pizza but sad to say it's going down hill. Literally no sauce on this one, I was eating cheese bread pretty much. My friend ordered one delivered and the whole middle was stuck to the cardboard. Told her to call it in and get money or new pizza but she's too nice and did not. Lady at the front didn't have very good people skills. IMO

Ok I'm here to explain where to go people come and just don't know where it is or how to get there some go upstairs others go into the coffee shop or liquor store asking where to go it's literally on the left side of the building front side if you coming from the garage it's on the right side not upstairs or any other door it ont the side of the building

Amazing pizza, at reasonable prices for the area. Food and service have been excellent the few times I've gone now. If you are planning on dining in, space is tighter here than at the other location.

90 minutes before the driver called saying he can’t find our address (they’ve delivered here many times). Called the restaurant and I can hear them talking to the driver saying “the customer didn’t want it because it was cold”. Completely false. Lady I talked to was very new on the job and the only manager. Hopefully the refund comes through.

So disappointed. I ordered some pizzas and some simple chicken wings. I asked before ordering if they had them and it turns out they gave me the wrong one (buffalo wings). I complained and they made me look stupid that they didn't sell plain chicken wings but buffalo wings. Pizza was okWe are visiting from Texas and I do not recommend it due to the poor service

The mozzarella rolls are out of this world, we got two orders because they were so good. The pizza was super de-lish, we got part plain cheese and part pepperoni, jalapeños, and pineapple. They were accommodating to the fact that my partner and I wanted two different pizza halves. We got take out so I can’t speak to the atmosphere, but we loved our meal! We got this while on vacation and I liked it so much I told my friends back home about it. Windy City Pizza is the perfect way to wind down after a busy day out and about.
