Needed a quick coffee pick-me-up while staying in Silverton, so we stopped by Elevated Coffee Company. It was a great choice. I ordered a mocha that was hot, fresh, and delicious. The staff greeted us right away, and service was fast and friendly. The shop itself is super cute and has a great variety of items to choose from, along with excellent drinks. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth the stop!

Stopped in here to get my kid a hot chocolate. Only went here because the Coffee Bear was closed. We walked up to the counter as the cashier was chatting with an older lady. We were completely ignored for like 5 minutes. I mean she didn’t even make eye contact as we were standing on the other side of the counter not 3 feet away from her. She finally ended her conversation and I ordered my son’s hot chocolate. She acted put out and said she probably didn’t have enough chocolate to make more than one drink. No chocolate in a coffee and ice cream shop? That’s like them running out of milk. Terrible service, terrible coffee. Will not be going back.

The service here is not very good. There are a couple different women here who are so cranky. It doesn't seem like they want customers, like we are an inconvenience. I'd much rather go to Coffee Bear but they close earlier. The coffee is ok.

Stopped in 8-25-25 solo for an iced coffee and a quick breakfast. No gluten free items. Decided to have a chicken salad with no bread. She scooped 3-4 large scoops of the salad in a container. The iced coffee had way more ice than product for a 24 oz. After getting in the car and eating a couple bites of the chicken salad, I didn’t like the taste. Definitely not homemade. I threw out at the gas station. I travel a lot and was very disappointed in this morning. The price for what I got was YIKES! (Attached receipt) The inside is cute with usual tourist items. Wish it had gluten free options or other non bread items.

Every time we’re in Silverton, Elevated Coffee Company is our go-to spot — and it never disappoints! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, and this morning Nikki and Theresa were especially wonderful. The breakfast sandwiches are delicious, the coffee is top-notch, and the hot chocolate is just as amazing. The atmosphere is warm and inviting — highly recommend stopping in if you’re in town!
