We came on the train from Durango and were heading back but had plenty of time to walk around to see the shops and have lunch. We came here because someone had recommended the salad. We both had the apricot salad and thought it was perfect. Plenty of goodies in the salad and the greens were fresh and crisp. I give this place a 5 based on our limited experience. There was someone playing piano. He was ok, but I'd have preferred a few more stereotypical old west saloon tunes thrown in with the other tunes he was playing, but it was all good. Service was prompt and friendly. Cool atmosphere for a visit, but probably not as a regular.

Cool pizza place and delicious pizza! We ordered bread sticks too! All great! Service was superb as well!
The Warrior
A Traditionally styled saloon complete with an old piano. This place almost seems to miss business being that it is not within direct line of sight of the train tracks. Do not be fooled by the rustic appearance. Their food is amazing and the service is outstanding.
We had an appetizer of Cheese curds which were served fresh and hot with ranch and a habañero bacon jam that was an incredible taste sensation.
I had the French dip sandwich with Aus Jus dipping sauce that had a great beefy flavor and a rich but complementing sauce dip. The side of fries was excellently fried with a nice crispy brown exterior and a softer potato interior.
We also had the brisket blend burger cooked medium with smoked Gouda which was cooked great and was quite juicy with a side of chips.
This was an excellent choice of eatery in the Silverton area and was well worth the price. If you come in on the train I'd definitely recommend making the walk just around the corner to the Lacey Rose Saloon as a we will be going back when we go back up to Silverton in the future.

Count on Lacey Rose for a good meal. Six of us when in and ordered burgers. All done at different temperatures. The chef nailed everyone of them. So delicious and a relief to finally have a kitchen meet my requests! The veggies were fresh and tasty. The atmosphere is terrific. Staff was great. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to eat at Lacey Rose. This chef knows what he’s doing. Kudo to him and his management staff!!
Amazing atmosphere and very kid friendly! The flow of the staff was phenomenal! It feels like you’re traveling back in time when you enter the doors. The food was amazing! Would 100000% go back.

Food took 3 hours to come out, for only 3 people after are waiter told us it was on its way 4 different times. Went here over vacation food was taking a unusual long time to come out even though are waiter kept telling us it was on the way. About 2 hours in we found out the 3 only cooks were actually sitting a few feet behind us having a beer. Once this was found out us and another customers complained absolutely ridiculous I don't understand how all the cooks just forget there suppose to be making food. When finding out that the cooks were not actually cooking, 2 workers claimed they didn't work here but then later claim they did, I don't know whole place was a mess staff wise. (also found out later from a cook who use to work there that the kitchen is apparently a sanitary nightmare)

This place has one of the best steaks I've had! Order the Ribeye, and you won't be disappointed! My photo shows only half the meal, as I was so excited to dig in, I forgot to take the photo right away.
Kid-friendliness: Kids meals are reasonable. My kiddos love the atmosphere as much as I did.

The atmosphere is awesome and the server was great…..HOWEVER…. The food was overpriced for what it was. When the kids order from the kids menu I know a roundabout range when it’s things like corn dogs and Mac & cheese. But when I saw the ticket and it showed $10 for a corn dog and she didn’t even get a side, I was floored. When we visit Silverton again we will be trying other places instead.
