We have been coming to Snowmass for more than 15 years, and eat breakfast at Big Hoss. This year, the wait staff was abysmal and sarcastic.I had to ask for the music (at breakfast) to be turned down, because we couldn't hear each other. After the 4th request they finally adjusted the volume. The did order was wrong, and they argued about that too!We just heard that they have sold to another owner, I wish them luck, but without changing the wait staff, we won't be back.

I attended an event that was taking place here last night. The dj was awesome (dj Teaj?) but the door staff and bartenders were extremely rude and dismissive. Some guy passed out and no staff did anything they just watched while he was carried out. I won’t be returning here again!

We ordered a wide variety of food, and everyone Loved what they ordered. The green pork chili was amazing. It was quite noisy but we still enjoyed ourselves.

Food was okay, but be aware they charged 20% gratuity mandatory for lunch, and also taxed the gratuity and 2% surcharge on the credit card fee, which is not common in other restaurants in Aspen. Wish our servers mentioned this ahead.

Food was nasty. Unseasoned burnt and the order was wrong. Had this black sauce on to try and mask the burnt flavor but it didn't work. Highly disappointed with serving size and food quality. I will not spend another dime with them.

Food did not taste good at all and was not restaurant quality. Reminded me of frozen microwave meals.

It was the nastiest breakfast I have ever had. I spent $25 bucks on an avocado toast and the bread was soggy and small and the avocado was black. Extremely overpriced for the quality. Only went there because they were the only thing open.Only positive was the service was outstanding. The food was terrible

Good place..only reason I rated 3 was they show several items with Sausage and they were out of sausage and in fact our waitress told us they have been out a week. Proper management and this should not happen..but food we had was good and service from staff was great.

Great experience from start to finish. Katie, our server, was so nice and accommodating. We had our dogs out on the patio with us. The food was delicious. The bar just has a Great locals feel. We really appreciate our experience and we will be back!

Two things make this place exceptional, one is Katie who is our server she was so helpful and so sweet. Second is the food and view. Can't beat it in Snowmass village.

Sat on the deck facing the slopes. Really nice view in the evening. The brisket plate was pretty good but the curly fries were awesome.

On business in Aspen and staying in Snowmass, this place is what was open on a Sunday night off season. Staff is super friendly and efficient, kitchen was BLAZING fast (maybe too fast, like the stuff is just sitting around back there). The waiter recommended the "brisket" which I'm pretty sure was actually a chuck roast (which is much easier to smoke because it is marbled with a LOT of fat, unlike a brisket). Unfortunately, given all the nice people and great service, unremarkable is about the nicest description I can come up with. It looked like the happier diners were eating nachos or something, and maybe on a different night a more experienced pit boss raises the standard.
