The guy made me a cold dirty chai when I ordered a hot one and when I said so he gave me this long look like “sooo?”. He finally said “ok I’ll make it again for you” as if it was a big favor instead of his mistake, but he looked kind of tired or upset, kept sighing; so I told him I would keep the cold drink instead. Poor guy was having a really tough time.
The flavor of the dirty chai was barely ok, wouldn’t order it again.

Gorsuch Ski Cafe is undoubtedly the best place for renting and purchasing top-notch equipment. The atmosphere of the shop, combining a retail space with a cozy coffee lounge, is incredibly relaxing. However, what truly sets this place apart is its staff.
Bruning, Bob, Erick, and Facundo, are the most knowledgeable and professional team, I've ever encountered. After renting from another shop for over 20 years, these guys have won my heart (and my dollars!). Facundo, gracias por hacer nuestra vacación tan especial! Can't wait to go back.

Don't waste your time or money anywhere else—Gorsuch Ski Cafe is the place to go!

This is Gorsuch's best location. Its manager Bruning is stellar and his entire team is top notch. They are knowledgeable, patient, and take time to ensure that they understand and meet your needs. Eric is especially helpful and knowledgeable about skis, boots, and everything in between. Rent and buy ski equipment from Bruning, Eric, and their team with the confidence that you are getting the best service and advice in the Valley.

Nice people - didn’t accept cash as form of payment.
“In Colorado, including Snowmass Village, retail establishments are generally required to accept cash as a form of payment. This means that businesses offering goods or services must accept US currency for purchases.
Specifically, Colorado law mandates that retail establishments accept cash, with exceptions for security deposits or certain automatic renewal contracts.
So, in Snowmass Village, a business refusing to accept cash as payment would likely be violating Colorado law.”

Gorsuch did such a beautiful job with this new ski cafe. Located at the base of the Viewline hotel, you can buy coffee, smoothies, pastries, and breakfast sandwiches as well as skis, boots, and clothes. They also have ski lockers and equipment tuning across the way. This establishment is a very nice addition to the Snowmass Mall area. The smoothie was great!

I had some coffee after an exhausting ski and I suddenly felt alive again! Coffee is nice! There's free water too. They also sell ski gears and souvenirs. Most importantly-they do ski gear rentals for a reasonable price and their gears are pretty new and clean.
