Attempted to go to this restaurant on a monday night at the end of the season. Total chaos. The management is so inept it'll make you laugh out loud. The hostess station is not at the front of the dining room where it should be but instead in a hallway in the back, crammed with people waiting for their tables as servers try to squeeze by holding hot plates of pasta. You think 'what kind of person would operate like this?', and then you find out: the manager (owner?) runs around in hair-on-fire mode, eyes wide, berating her desperate, overworked hostess and snapping at guests. She barked at our party, unprompted, that the reason we had to wait so long for our table was that we had made the reservation 'so late', i.e. earlier that day. So I asked her-- why did you give us a reservation if you couldn't handle it? She couldn't seem to process it and kept bellowing "you made your reservation today!" Nice job, lady. Blame the customers for your incompetence. I feel bad for the people that work here.

It’s pretty good, the pizza is not napolitana pizza, it’s more like flatbread, which isn’t specified in the menu. Both pasta dishes we ordered were fresh and tasty, and the wine was good, even in the individual cup category.

2024 winner! Worst Bartender in Snowmass! Remember why you are here- to offer ambiance and service. Not surly attitude. Charm school candidate.

One of the best places to eat on Snowmass Mountain. We come back every year when we ski. The service is always good and the food is excellent. Not much else on the mountain that you can compare it to.

Located in the Snowmass Mall- warm, friendly service & excellent food in a cozy atmosphere, probably the best restaurant in Snowmass Village. They often are fully booked for reservations, but sitting at the bar is first come first served or try going after 8 pm. FYI: They have gluten free pasta & pizza crust.

Food was good but not great. The olives and bread were tasty. The roasted beets tasted right but were cold. The flavor in beets sets up better when freshly roasted. 2 thumbs down on the seared Duck. It was a chunk of rubber that would need a chainsaw to cut through. Probably microwaved.

Several years ago ate and it was "okay", nothing to write home about. In the past two days we've called in to get to go orders. First night was just so happened to be a prime time supper. The young lady that answered the phone let us know that they do make to go orders but it was just too busy. Okay. Maybe so. But walked by the restaurant no more than 10 minutes and they had several open tables. So, not that busy. Second time, called at 5:46, they open at 5:30, the rude young lady informed me that they were already too busy to take to go orders. Really?! Y'all just opened. Just don't believe it and will never try to get an order to go and will not ever, go to dine in. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

We were able to snag bar seats right when they opened. The service from the bartender was excellent. The drinks and food were great, we will be back on our next trip. The duck breast and butternut squash raviolis were highlights.

Have been to this restaurant several times In recent years and have experienced Decent dinners, but nothing exceptional. We only ate there because of the convenience. Was there again this year and what a Nightmare! The staff was so rude and condescending. Ted who I think is the Owner has always been a jackass and Unfriendly, still hasn't changed, just So arrogant. Avoid this place like the Plague. Drive into Aspen, many better Choices to dine without the attitude! Dale S.

Plan ahead and make a reservation here, it's very hard to get in. I ordered the Cavatappi Pomadora and it tasted PERFECT. Bright, fresh tomato sauce was everything I expected and more. Good service, great water.

Food was good. We ordered pizza, butternut squash soup and cavatelli. Served bread with oil, no balsamic or seasoning though. It was on the loud side, but the place is small. Need reservations for dinner. Service was very good.
