Montevino in Snowmass was perfect for a cozy, intimate date night with my hubby. From the fresh compressed watermelon salad to the rich oxtail ravioli and the elk tenderloin evening special, everything was outstanding! The tiramisu was the perfect sweet finish. The wine list is exceptional, making the whole experience feel extra special.
I’m writing this because I saw a number of bad reviews and that was not my experience. In particular, the pizza was freshly made and delicious. We ate here a few years ago when it was called a slice of Sicily and it’s a great place to eat with family and friends after skiing.
