After a fantastic experience at the spa, a group of 7 of us stopped at Toro for dinner. Elsa, our server was beyond rude. When confirming if one of our entrees was cooked well done, her response was well that is what I said. In addition, we had someone with a shellfish allergy confirming no shellfish was in the dish she seemed annoyed with the question.
Management's handling of our entrees concern (burnt) and service attitude is the opposite of the excellent service we had just received at the spa.

If you’re planning to dine here because you stay in a hotel nearby, avoid at all costs. Horrible dining experience. I’m now writing this comment while sitting in this restaurant waiting for my main dishes and sides to come. One hour of wait. Empty plates. Nobody checked in with us. No one came to fill our water. Also, waited for 15 mins for someone to take our order.

My husband and I went to the Viceroy restaurant this weekend and absolutely loved our food. We got some sushi rolls, the ceviche, and the churros, and everything was delicious, truly hit the spot. Loved the ambiance, was very cozy and intimate. Almost forgot that we were in a hotel restaurant. Looking forward to coming back on future trips!

Had an amazing meal there last Saturday night with my family. First of all it's a gorgeous restaurant with nice views. Tables are spread out so you don't feel cramped. Stephanie at the bar was amazing. Very friendly and knowledgable. Our appetizers were really good and so were our entries.Loved the Lobster Tacos , Bison Burger and the American Tomahawk Steak. Will definitely be back soon.

Made the reservation for the restaurant and only lounge was open. We were celebrating my boyfriend's birthday and ended up with no where to dine! Bummer! Reservations shouldn't be open if the restaurant is closed and/or have the guest inform of the change.

We were so excited to visit this restaurant and left highly disappointed. All of our meals came over done. Our steaks were ordered medium rare and arrived well done. They were sent back but took a while to get a wait staff to help us. Staff greeted us warmly but then were invisible. Overall food was poorly seasoned except for the guacamole. An expensive mistake.

Food was okay but the service was bad. The server forgot everything we would ask for and didn’t bring us items advertised with our meal. He didnt refill our waters and forgot utensils. And he was avoiding us after he took our order so that we couldn’t ask him for anything else.

My boyfriend and I had an excellent experience at Toro. We stopped in quick before the rodeo and the staff was very accommodating to our timeline. Food was excellent! I was pleasantly [surprised by the flavor of each dish. We had the ceviche, a couple of sushi rolls, and the carrots. We also did not experience the 22% charge that previous reviews mention. Maybe they no longer do it? Not sure, but that was not part of our bill. We will definitely come back to Toro on our next trip to Aspen.
Torro was sooo good we went twice in one day 🤩—breakfast and lunch! Every dish was out of this world, with amazing service & warm hospitality. Highly recommended! 👌✨
