Best gluten free muffins I've ever had! Great americano too.

Went here everyday on my trip and had ALL gluten free: cinnamon coffee cake, an earl grey muffin, a pumpkin muffin, and a breakfast sandwich. None of the gluten free food was dry or crumbly, love this place.

Beautiful space, kind staff, lots of plants and is very inviting. From out of town, but anytime I’m in Steamboat, I will make an effort to stop by each morning to get one of their pastries and coffee- both delectable and well made.

Nice, local coffee shop in the heart of steamboat springs. Good coffee and they offer a variety of choices, including 2 different espressos at one time. They also serve homemade ice cream that they make in house. Great vibes, lots of seating.

There are only a very small selection of muffins and cakes. Not a bakery. And of course coffee and tea. Not friendly atmosphere at all.

Very good coffee and breakfast. Great service and we really enjoyed the atmosphere, lively and cozy to sit down and enjoy your coffee.

Beard and Braid is our standard brunch spot every time we're in Steamboat Springs, and its downtown location is a huge plus.
The great tasting artistic latte is a must-try—a work of art that tastes as good as it looks. The smoked salmon special with capers, onions, and avocado on toast is also a definite highlight, and it's simply delicious. This is a can't-miss spot for great food, coffee, and a fantastic atmosphere.

Such a great coffee place! We accidentally ordered a hot coffee when we meant to order an iced one. Let me tell you it didn’t even matter, this was the best coffee we’ve had in awhile, by far! Delicious!

It's a big coffee shop with a lot of space. The coffee is fine but the wait was long and prices are high (yes, even for a ski town $4.5 for a 4oz cortados is too high!).

Staff was friendly but I didn't leave feeling good about the money I spent.

If you are a more serious coffee drinker (espresso, espresso drinks etc) this is a great place. The coffee they serve is from a very good roaster and the baristas know what they are doing. Cute place, very spacious and light. Cashier was very friendly and helpful.
