Brass Kitchen and Bar

I was at this place several years when it was carls tavern and loved it. It sounds like maybe the original owner has this place now? Anyway I bought some of their dry rub to take home and loved it! Is it still possible to buy that rub anymore if it's the same? Thanks.

The owner (Paul), chef (Ryan), and waitstaff at Brass Kitchen put on an amazing rehearsal dinner for our large party of 27 people. They were so kind and communicative through the entire planning process and an absolute delight to work with. The food was AMAZING and they were mindful of our party's many allergies and dietary restrictions. We cannot recommend Brass Kitchen and Bar enough for your large party, and can't wait to eat here again in the near future.

Clean and charming place, well lit. Polite staff.
Husband got the trout and said it was the best Trout he had ever had but he was still hungry. I had the French dip and it was meh. We love French fries so we were excited to try their specialty fries but 🤢. Neither of us ate them and that is saying a lot for us carb loving fans. Definitely worth a trip just skip the fries.

If you’re in Steamboat, this restaurant is a must! My husband and I came here for my birthday, it was so good we came back the second night too! The atmosphere, friendly and attentive service, and delicious food were nothing short of exceptional!

From start to finish, this was an amazing experience. The service was top-notch. Shawn was friendly, attentive, and professional. The food was exquisite. My husband and I both had the trout. There is a reason this is a best -seller. The flavors of all the ingredients pair excellently, and it was cooked to perfection. The cocktails are strong and delicious. For dessert, we had the chocolate pots Dr creme. It was finger-licking good! Seriously --if I had a little less decorum, I would have licked the plates. This is definitely worth stopping by!

We had such a wonderful time tonight for my sons 21st birthday. Gabriel was our server and went out of his way to give over the top service. He gave us great reviews of both food and drink. The rest of the staff was also amazing and the food and drinks were wonderful both in presentation and taste. They also had a great happy hour with 25% off everything. You can't beat that for a restaurant of this caliber. If you're on the fence - choose this one!

Had an incredible dinner last night. Paul the owner was awesome, especially changing our reservation a couple of times.
Our waiter was Gabriel and he was fantastic. The trout was the best i have ever had. A great evening and we'll be back soon.

Best bruschetta I’ve ever had. Really loved the mojito mocktail and desserts. (Peanut butter cheesecake and banana bread) The service was outstanding. Our table was ready for our reservation early, and our waitress was incredible. My partner ordered the pork loin and I ordered the steak frites. I prefer my steak frites with chimichurri but wanted to try something new. It wasn’t my favorite profile here, but that’s not the fault of the restaurant. The steak and fries were perfectly cooked.
