My husband and I have been in town for almost 20 years and the Brick is exceptional. We are usually always greeted by Cali who seats us in our favorite booth because she knows it’s easiest for our 3 and 5 year old. Gets us drinks right away and always asks the kids what they want, it’s refreshing to have someone in this town know exactly what a family needs with kids, Cali represents exceptional service exactly what most steamboat servers or bartenders lack. The food revivals my Italian grandmothers recipes, and every sever treats us like family. We come here often for two reasons, food and service

What a shocking reality!! I am in town for work and wanted to pick up a nice meal... 20% gratuity on the bill for a pick up order. Fortunately they didn't make the food then tell me. Gratuity is for quality service what a shocking reality that I have to drive to you pick up food take it back with me and pay a 20% service charge for you to bag it? I did not try the food this review is on the reality of the establishment. The woman who I spoke to on the phone confidently told me it has been that way for 8 years all togo orders are charged a 20% tip . Unreal!!!

My family came here for dinner knowing that they didn't advertise a kids menu. But the experience we had was unlike any other I've had at similar restaurants. We genuinely felt like our children were unwelcome there. I have never felt that way at a restaurant before in my life. The food was good but very overpriced.

We needed pies to go. We got to watch them make them in their authentic brick ovens, with fresh ingredients and toppings- including fresh mozzarella slices! I always enjoy an open kitchen! The crust was the perfect and the perfect ratio of toppings to crust. The hostess and waitress were cheery and clearly liked working there and meeting their customers. We will definitely be returning!

Had dinner here recently. Gluten free pizza crust was really good, and the toppings were also really good. Good Cheese and sauce. I like the location, close to the base, and the atmosphere, but I only give it 3 stars because they use plastic cups, which doesn't seem to fit the vibe of the restaurant. There was also a VERY strong smell of sewage/rotten seafood from time to time. I'm not entirely sure what the smell was, but it was pungent and distracting, enough to look around and try to determine it's source. Had it not been super busy and a packed house, I would have asked about it. I will definitely eat here again, and would definitely recommend others do as well, simply because they use an actual gluten free crust, and not a cauliflower crust that seems to be prevalent in Steamboat. The service is also very quick and efficient, and the pizzas came out quickly.

Love their pizzas, the best in town, now we wanted to try their Italian dishes, lasagna, what a disaster, there was slices sausage at various places, no tomato and meat sauce, only poured over the top,too much mozzarella, no bechamel,too much ricotta, not good. Save your money and order pizza. Prosciutto salad left a lot to be desired. Where was the goat cheese?? And pistachios they must have gotten lost. Dressing was nice, but that's all. The bottle of wine we ordered... Well they showed up with a different one, but didn't say so, when questioned,oh we were out of the one you wanted.

we called to order 2 pizzas; put on hold but we could hear everything on. Never came back to phone after > 10 minutes listening to conversations. Tried calling back (over 50 redials); obviously took phone off hook. We’ve lived in Steamboat over 25 years and eaten there dozens of times but have never experienced anything so rude and a waste of our time.
We really enjoyed our dinner. Chicken Parmesan was excellent. We'll be back.

We were seated immediately (5 p.m. on a Saturday). We were quickly greeted by our server who explained the specials for the evening. I enjoyed the 3 cheese ravioli and my companion ordered the chicken parmesan, which was not enjoyable. The sauce on the ravioli was said to be a bit spicy. I found that the sauce was smooth and mild at first, with a lovely lingering "bite". The salad was roasted peach sliced on a bed of arugula, dressed with a balsamic sauce. Unusual and enjoyable! The portions were large.
Parking: During the height of the ski season, the parking is likely to be limited due to volume of people at the resort.

Nice restaurant with wonderful Italian food. Everything was great: salads, pizza, pastas. Really good tiramisu and maybe one of the best cannoli I’ve had in the US. Highly recommend.
