Dairy Queen (Treat)

If I could give zero stars we would. We watched an employee blow his nose and start making our food. When we asked him to wash his hands and remake our food he looked at us, lied and said another employee made them. After he handed us our food he washed his hands and walked to the register to show us the soap he was using. He continued to put on three pairs of gloves. He continued to mock me and my family loudly behind the counter: I will not post his name due to being a minor but plan to contact corporate and the health department with his name. What a shame. Save your money and go to Lyons Drug of Fuzziwigs.

No hair nets or hats being worn by four out of six workers. Two kids eating around other workers making ice cream. The oldest worker looked pissed and the high schoolers messing around and barely working. Honestly the only workers was the high schooler at counter wearing hat and older lady.

The cashier's attitude was very rude

A little nicer than most DQ. We had a 15 minute wait to get served with only 2 workers. Expensive compared to DQ in TX.

Ok. Let me start by saying I came in hangry that was my bad. There was a bit of push back from the young man taking my order but he regained his composer and gave me a good experience in the end. I hope I made up with a fantastic tip.

I likey the blizzard. Yummy 4 mouthie. Pretzel-o-stick-o yummy.

Worst service I've had in years. Angelica was extremely rude. They forgot to make 2 of the 3 things on the order. I will never go back. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else for ice cream.

Went in recently, ice cream was alright, but I was shocked by the abysmal customer service I received, young looking curly haired guy took my order and had and attitude and tone that seemed demeaning and I felt like he was mocking me. Very disappointed in how staff treat their customers, I can say for sure I will not be returning

If you don't leave enough of a tip then expect disappointment. After rude customer service, we received an underfilled cup of ice cream. Be prepared to supplement their income by paying extra or else don't even bother going here because you'll get less than what you paid for. Very disappointed

Terrible customer service. First ordered my food and then downloaded the app to get free small shake. Kid behind the counter with curly hair looks like he’s 12 says sorry you always ordered can’t get a free shake you have to order again. Ok so in order another blizzard and then the code for the free shakes not working instore. So I order it thru the app cause the code worked in the app and I wanted to add bannana to my strawberry shake but wasn’t an option on the app. I asked the guy behind the counter can you just charge me for the banana I’ll pay for it and please add it in my shake really wanted a strawberry bannana milks shake. Nope didn’t do it wasn’t an option. Customer service goes a long way and just for a half a banana. Use your brains more next time

Shuld call this place "1/2 of a DQ"
just the fancy ice creams and no foods or trinkets.
No atmosphere and I had to call the kid out 3 times before he did a blizzard properly.
Wen will we get a REAL DQ anywhere in a tri-county area?!?!?!?!?!

Everything was fine l, but we just wish the dude making our food would have had his hair tied back or in a hair net. Not very sanitary
