Domino's Pizza

Can I rate less than 1 star? This the second time my pizza wasn't delivered. I waited outside my building for 20 minues + no one ever showed up. Garbage company.

As a big dominos fan, don’t order from here. It’ll take an insane time but you won’t have transparency about when it arrives. Tried calling multiple times only to have
it hang up; one time when to a call center that clearly only had updates from the same tracker I had. Delivery tracker went from 3 minutes to over 20 and got progressively longer the more we waited. It’s been an hour and a half with no delivery. Just save yourself time and don’t order from here

Great pizza but keep your receipts! these clowns added a $6 additional tip to my order. watch out. scammers and dishonest employees.

I have ordered from Domino’s several times in the past. The last time I ordered the call was answered by a call center and not from the store in Steamboat Springs. My pizza was to be to me within 35 minutes. After an hour, I called and no order could be found. Again the call was directed to this call center in which it was extremely difficult to communicate with the representative. I was told it would be another hour until the pizza was delivered. I requested to speak with the store. Finally I was able to communicate and get a pizza for pick up almost 3 hours later. The pizza was undercooked and terrible. No offer of a discount or free pizza. I fancy the Philly Cheese Steak pan pizza & WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM DOMINOES AGAIN!

I literally ordered a pizza and brownies and a bottle of coke. The food was great, but the order took 2 HOURS!! We ordered it at 9:48 P.M. and it arrived at 11:17!! Not happy.

Pizza was missing toppings, was not even warm (much less hot) on arrival, and tasted like garbage. Worst dominos experience in a long time, avoid at all costs

I ordered pizza for my kids at 3pm delivery times online says at least 30 to 40 minutes and I figured with the snow possibly a bit longer, I called the store at 56 minutes into my order as it showed on the order tracking 3:17 was when they began quality checks and the food still hadn't arrived i was purposely hung up on all three calls and then suddenly receive a text at 3:56 Brandon is on his way after i just so happen to of called the store, but it's 4:15 now and still no pizza. This is my last order to dominos in steamboat springs Co.

Very disappointing experience at the carside delivery twice in a row. They had us waiting for more than 10 minutes and finally, we had to go in anyway to get the pizza, which by the way was ready and waiting on the shelf for God knows who

Ordered some of the new Mac n cheese and half the noodles were rock hard over cooked kinda disappointed stick to making pizza if guys can even do that come on you guys cant have a hyped product than fail to make it right ordered to Mac and cheese bowls and and Alfredo bowl and im confused how the Alfredo was fine but the mac and cheese was overcooked

I've eaten at many Domino's and know someone that owns three dominoes this one is very dangerous to the customers going in and out they have to cross a drive-thru for a chicken restaurant

Local here, getting anything delivered to you year round in a tourist town is tough. During the winter season, there are more drivers but I'm not necessarily saying food will be better. I've only had this store deliver to me twice for multiple, multiple years. They were on time and everything was as it should be. I will almost always pickup at the store, and mostly not have an issue. In my experience I'd say 75% of the time the food is good and correct. The other 25% an item was forgotten, or burnt, or not cooked the entire way. What's wild is they have been improving! But when you compare this to other pizza places in town, it's basically the cheapest option.

Ordered pizza and BBQ wings. They don't carry crushed pepper and to much BBQ on the wings.
