Domino's Pizza

Pizza was missing toppings, was not even warm (much less hot) on arrival, and tasted like garbage. Worst dominos experience in a long time, avoid at all costs

I ordered pizza for my kids at 3pm delivery times online says at least 30 to 40 minutes and I figured with the snow possibly a bit longer, I called the store at 56 minutes into my order as it showed on the order tracking 3:17 was when they began quality checks and the food still hadn't arrived i was purposely hung up on all three calls and then suddenly receive a text at 3:56 Brandon is on his way after i just so happen to of called the store, but it's 4:15 now and still no pizza. This is my last order to dominos in steamboat springs Co.

Very disappointing experience at the carside delivery twice in a row. They had us waiting for more than 10 minutes and finally, we had to go in anyway to get the pizza, which by the way was ready and waiting on the shelf for God knows who

Edit: the dominos team sends a template message asking for your details, but takes no further action. Do better guys!

Ordered some of the new Mac n cheese and half the noodles were rock hard over cooked kinda disappointed stick to making pizza if guys can even do that come on you guys cant have a hyped product than fail to make it right ordered to Mac and cheese bowls and and Alfredo bowl and im confused how the Alfredo was fine but the mac and cheese was overcooked

I've eaten at many Domino's and know someone that owns three dominoes this one is very dangerous to the customers going in and out they have to cross a drive-thru for a chicken restaurant

Local here, getting anything delivered to you year round in a tourist town is tough. During the winter season, there are more drivers but I'm not necessarily saying food will be better. I've only had this store deliver to me twice for multiple, multiple years. They were on time and everything was as it should be. I will almost always pickup at the store, and mostly not have an issue. In my experience I'd say 75% of the time the food is good and correct. The other 25% an item was forgotten, or burnt, or not cooked the entire way. What's wild is they have been improving! But when you compare this to other pizza places in town, it's basically the cheapest option.

Ordered pizza and BBQ wings. They don't carry crushed pepper and to much BBQ on the wings.

Pizza is always under cooked and they will put on less ingredient to save money last time I got food there was no cheese in the cheese bread

This is the single worst pizza I have ever eaten, had to throw half of it away into the garbage after having to heat it up in my oven for 20 minutes due to it being undercooked and ice cold after an hour and a half delivery time at 7:30 P.M. a full 3 hours after traffic time. It was also hard as a rock and nobody bothered to even cut it after they baked it probably for only 5 minutes. I will never order at this franchise again. I tried to call back 3 times and complain but nobody even answered the phone probably because they were getting so many other complaints. Thinking about calling corporate, very disappointed. I'm sure they must have read the previous review and complaints about the pizza cutter but apparently didn't do anything about it! They should quit only apologizing to these bad reviews and react to them by showing better results.

Worst domino's experience ever. I was notified via text that my pizza was delivered. I contacted the store directly only to be hung up on 7 times. I finally got a representative on the phone, to be told my pizza was delivered and they hung up again. After an hour and a half my pizza finally arrived, cold and uncut!!! I travel several times a year to steamboat springs and will NEVER order domino's again in this area.

Took double the estimated time to deliver. Driver had extra stuff and said something like “I think I’m supposed to bring this back?” Weird.

WORST! Don’t order here for delivery. My order never got here, I called to the store and the guy wasn’t helpful at all! Also I waited almost an hour and I still didn’t get my money back!
