Dude and Dan's Bar and Grill

Stopped in, ordered and met a super nice bartender who made great drinks, we also had the mozzarella sticks which were AMAZING, the onion rings not so much :(

If you want to go to a bar to be completely ignored unless you know the bartenders name and can yell at them to get a drink, or anything this is your bar! Otherwise stay away from this place! Every single staff member walked by us, would t make eye contact or ask for an order….and we were sitting at the bar!!! Went to play darts, the wait staff in that room seemed confused as to whether or not she could serve drinks in that area or if people were supposed to go to the bar to order (or at least that was her response to the gentleman that almost had to corner her, otherwise she was happily ignoring everyone). How is this place still in business!!!!?????

Food was ok. Beer was ok. Service was not good. Asked for water, never got it. Ordered a side salad, never came. My partner ordered a beer, also never came. Meanwhile our waitress was just chatting it up with locals at another table. We also got charged for things we didn’t get, but luckily they took it off the bill. Likely will not be coming back. Clearly not a place meant for non-locals.

We went for dinner after skiing. My teenage son miraculously ordered a ceasar salad, which he said was great, and I had ahi tuna salad which was delicious. The services was quick and friendly, prices reasonable. Lots of families with kids, with a lively atmosphere. TV's with sports were easy to see but not intrusive. We had a great time!

Food just ok. Waitress was ok. If you want ok, here's your spot. Manager seemed very clueless as well.

Literally the best Reuben sandwich I've had in my entire life. The mozzarella sticks were also fantastic. I can't wait to come back here and I highly recommend!!

Amazing nachos and Brussel sprout salad. Watched super bowl here this year and had a blast! They were so accommodating for our last minute large group as well!

We stopped in for a drink and lunch. The special was a chicken sandwich was very good! The drink options were plentiful as well. The server was attentive and helpful.

Stopped in for a beer and they had a great selection on tap. Stayed to eat dinner and we all had nice dinners with the Burgers sticking out as stellar.

We went here during the college football championship so it was insane busy and they were a bit short staffed but despite that we enjoyed it here. Our server made a few mistakes on our order but all the staff was so kind we really didn’t mind. Food is good and it’s a good spot to hang and watch sports.

Homely the worst restaurant experience I've ever had dining out. Our server walked past our table at least the times acting like we weren't there. Took one hour to get two drinks and our apps. She came back and asked about our apps. She had the wrong apps down.

Good food and great service

Left after waiting for around 10 minutes from walking in to get a drink in my hand. I was handed a menu then ignored for another 10 minutes. Left after that. Ate here once before and it was good. The smoked trout BLT was very good. I won’t be going back.

I'm extremely disappointed in the experience we had tonight. I've been coming to Steamboat for the last 5 years. This year I brought my extended family so they could experience the beauty of Steamboat only to be meet with bad experiences. We celebrated my daughter's 21st birthday and went to Dude and Dan's for a drink and to go to the arcade. The arcade was closed but they were nice enough to open it up for us for 20 minutes. I wish our experience tonight had been as good. We went in at 8pm for dinner only to be turned away. Not because there were no available tables but because there weren't enough servers. But, she said we could come back in 45 minutes. I told her I understand and that if she could seat us we were patient to order. She said she "just couldn't do this right now". So she would rather turn away paying customers then to adapt and be creative in ways to approach the problem.

Best place in town to watch games and hidden gem for food. Was cautious about ordering seared ahi and trout entree at a sports bar, but both were amazing. Have been here a couple of times now and this place is great to hang out with reasonable prices and plenty of entertainment. Everything we’ve ordered has always been great, good chill atmosphere and friendly staff. With the perk of apparently also having one of the best cooks in town, burgers also amazing cooked to requested medium rare.
