Tatum was a fantastic, detail oriented server. We enjoyed lunch options ( get the duck definitely) and then the teenagers ordered more from the happy hour menu. Everyone needs two entres, right? The ceviche was very large and delicious. We'd go back again, and will Do so when we can return in a couple of months. Looking forward to it!
My husband and I were attending a wedding in Steamboat Springs and had an evening off. So, we went to the E3 Chophouse and loved the atmosphere! They had the roll-up doors open out to the patio where we could see the Yampa River from our table inside. The menu is unique and inventive and the food was delicious...every bite! The wait staff was attentive and very personable. Only downside was that, since it's a large restaurant, we may have been there during the high tourist...
We arrived at 6pm. We sat for 20 minutes being ignored. We finally asked a waiter if he was our waiter. The restaurant was not crowded. Our time there was 6pm to 9pm. Tables that came in after us were served and left before we were even served our entrée. . I would have left had it not been my friend's birthday dinner.
