Martinis are excellent as well as generous (you get the entire shaker, not just what fits in the glass). Clientele is made up of both locals and visitors (like us). Our only complaint is that our favorite chicken liver mousse is no longer on the menu!

The food and the service were outstanding. We hired Harwigs (JJ) to cater our daughter’s wedding. We have hosted 2 other weddings so we are very familiar with dealing with vendors. We can say that JJ was the easiest and most fun vendor we ever dealt with. He explained everything and delivered a fantastic presentation. From appetizers the meal and cocktails everything went smoothly without a problem. the food was sensational. We had 158 adults and the food was restaurant quality when served. His staff is professional fun and easy to work with. I would give JJ 10 stars. Hire him for your event. You will not be disappointed. PS. The food tasting for 6 of us was the best meal experience of our lives. It was held in the wine cellar at Harwigs From drinks to the meal it was hands down the best meal overall we ever had. Once again, JJ delivers a five star experience! My daughter was married at Flying Diamond Ranch two weeks ago. We contemplated going with a Denver based caterer, but it was absolutely the right decision to stay local. The food was amazing and the presentation a work of art - VERY hard to believe JJ is serving 125 meals vs. just for a table for two. No detail is spared and everyone felt the special touch of this incredible chef. The local steak was a huge hit, as were the apps. Service is genuine and authentic; you can tell JJ's team loves what they do and goes out of their way to deliver the best experience possible. JJ is also very accommodating and wants to ensure the bride and groom get exactly what they want. Bravo!

JJ and his team catered dinner at the Flying Diamond Ranch for my son's wedding. The appetizers, especially the mushroom tart, were superb. The main courses - local beef filet, cobia and vegetarian risotto - were excellent. The Palisades peach salad was a unique treat. The servers and bartenders did a great job. JJ and his team know their wines. And we enjoyed them. If you hire them to cater a wedding, they will provide you with a tasting dinner in advance of the event in their wine cellar. Lots of fun.
