The guys working there tonight got my order wrong. Again.
After asking for bacon to be added twice, and charged for it… alas no bacon.
When I called and mentioned it, the guy laughed.
The kids are clowns.

Yeah, don’t order here, they’ll wait 45 minutes and then call you to tell you they are under staffed and you can either come get it or they’ll cancel it for you! Thank you so much.

I don't usually comment on fast food places but I come in here reasonably often and the people here are always super nice to everyone, very polite and friendly. Definitely one of the better chain stores I go to.

This location is great, delivery is great, but please just cut the sando in half when we ask for it! ❤️ I know this sounds silly but sometimes you’re taking a sandwich on a hike or sharing it and don’t have a knife to cut it yourself….

Today 7/16/24….. I’ve always loved JJ… anywhere in the country. We live in FL but are here for a few months. What was up with the bread today?? Not the usual soft French roll but an over baked hard crusty roll. Is this your new bread? If so, it’s back to Subway! I ordered a 4 and husband a 7. Tell me it ain’t so!

Thursday March 21, 2024 I tried to order on the website at 7:40 pm but it told me to call the restaurant. Called four times but no answer.I assume they are no longer in business.

I ended up not eating the sandwhich i ordered. Employees were eating food in the prep area without washing their hands before reapplying gloves among other noticed unsanitary practices. Was totally grossed out.

Had a great visit after going to the hot springs. Give Alex a raise!

Ordered delivery and it was freaky fast! They called to inform us that they were out of bottled lemonade which was super courteous. Dined in our 2nd time and it was great. Inside is nice and modern. Where are the napkins though?
