I placed an order online for a 50-piece popcorn chicken and a 12 piece bucket with a L. coleslaw. When I arrived I went through the drive thru and also ordered a mac n cheese bowl. It took them an hr to have my online order ready, got told I couldn't pick my order up through the drive-thru but gave me my mac n cheese bowl, to get told to go wait in the parking lot for another 10 minutes to get chewy undercooked popcorn chicken, no sauces and way overcooked, super dry 12-piece bucket, and some runny definitely not cheese like at all sauce on some over cooked gooey noodles that had one chicken strip cut up into 4 pieces on it waste of time and money

With all the stale food and grumpy staff i am surprise this place remains open. The food is so bad i doubt any of the staff members even eat there. McDonald’s serve hot fresh food never disappoints.

No spices or herbs on chicken. Food is not normal kfc. Drink machine out of order. No silverware, no honey. Long wait even tho there was no line. Blows my mind that KFC allows their franchises operated like this.

Gave me the wrong time the past 3 times I have went and every time I call there cell they don’t answer plus the chicken isn’t super crispy and sometimes is cold and spongey. Pice of advice don’t order more than 1 thing at the drive through because if you do they will get the order wrong.

Terrible. I'm sorry but terrible for KFC. Taco Bell side was ok. Took 45 minutes to get food and wasn't even what I ordered. We just settled cuz we had to leave. Chicken was cold and dry. Tacos were good

Horrible experience! Ordered hot wings combo and tenders combo. We were missing a ff and instead of the hot wings they gave me nuggets. The ff were cold as ice. Then they said it would be another 4 minutes wait for my hot wings. After waiting 6 minutes I just asked for my money back. Had to walk back to camper with nothing. We went somewhere else. Waste of time.
Should have known when the glass on the door was so dirty that you couldn't see through it. When we walked in, the floor was disgustingly dirty and there were no employees to be found. We stood at the counter for a few minutes and an employee came to the register, said nothing and walked off. We eventually walked out.

6:30pm (~diner time) and no chicken ready for at least another hour. Lobby was dirty and trash was overflowing. Register lady could barely speak english.

Beware!!I went to the website for this particular Kentucky Fried Chicken this evening and it said that the five piece tender combo is $8.99 I pointed that out and they still charge me over $13 plus tax
