Top notch in Steamboat. Make a reservation well in advance as this place gets busy. Chicken Parm was huge and out of bounds good. Martinis were to the brim and the service was great. Def recommend especially if you need some stick to your ribs Italian after a long day on the slopes.

Excellent food so we will definitely come back here to eat when we are in Steamboat Springs. The restaurant has limited seating so I highly recommend making a reservation, especially on the weekends. We didn't have a reservation, but we got there very early so they allowed walk-in. The service was fast. Due to the confined space, the ambiance was pretty loud. But, the only thing I wish they could improve upon is to cut the portion in half and charge half the price.

This place is a must-visit in Steamboat! It's always our first night dinner spot. We were a party of 14 (7 adults, 7 kids), and the service was phenomenal. They got our food out quickly, and the mussels and beet salad were amazing. Definitely a must-visit when in Steamboat!

I went to Mambo’s during spring break and I had a very good experience. it was my first time here and the dishes were tasty. The bar was quite loud, but it seemed like a fun place to go to. I ordered the roasted garlic and mozzarella bread, fresh pasta, ceci fritti (fried chickpeas), and a Shirley Temple. Despite the cold weather, they had hooks for jackets and coats. I would recommend this place! ?

We had an amazing meal. Over ten years ago in 2012 we went to this restaurant with a group of 10 people. Things have not changed at all and if anything they have gotten a lot better. We had an incredible meal, with my father and my brother! Thank you, Mambo Italiano Family???

First off, the soda water I asked for was three dollars... THREE DOLLARS. Oh yeah and the chicken dish we got was raw , luckily, our server was amazing and comped it for us. Let me also tell you that the carbonara I got was almost in edible... it's like I was biting into one giant peppercorn. Keep in mind the entrées are like minimum $35, which is outrageous, considering that it's way too rich. Our server was amazing though, I wish we knew her name. The pizza was solid, but also super overpriced. THE SODA WATER WAS THREE DOLLARS

Staff should have have removed table of 12 that was so drunk they were yelling the entire 1.5hrs we were regrettably seated next to them - ruined the entire birthday meal for us Never experienced anything like that in the 10-15 yrs we have eaten at MAMBO Otherwise the food and service was 5 stars
