Despite waiting at the first window to pay, no one came to accept payment. No instruction was given to pay at the first versus the second window. So, after the vehicles in front of us moved out, we proceeded to the next window to, presumably, pay. We were chastised for not waiting at the previous window (despite waiting there for at least several minutes, listening to the loud and unprofessional music blasting through the open window). We paid. We received our food without any courtesy and without napkins or straws. Shame on management.

Probably the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. The kiosks, broken. The food took forever and I came with two other people. The food was ok but there was HAIR in every single thing. The biggest offender was in my burger, with the like inch long curl of black hair. Needless to say we threw the burger away. Were the employees not wearing hair nets or…? Don’t expect me to come back.

Everytime I go here they mess up my order in some new way that I honestly cannot take it anymore!
They have put whipped cream on my smoothie, forgotten three things from my seven item order, I asked for bacon on a sandwich and they gave me one piece after charging me for three, every time I try to get a chicken sandwich I have to wait an absurd amount of time, I've been given the wrong order multiple times, I got a large fry with a quarter of the fries in it, half the time I get food it isn't even put together correctly so it's a complete mess to try and eat, if I ask for extra pickles, not only will they not do it, they rarely ever put more than two of them on let alone in different spots, and not to mention the staff is generally unfriendly and flippant towards customers.
I've been all over the country and this is the worst one I've ever been to. It's absolutely ridiculous because it's a *McDonald's*. I expect it to be not the greatest of food. Recently it's just gotten so bad here that I need to write this just to vent about this building's hold on my mental psyche. Go literally anywhere else and you'll get better food, quality, and service.

Pulled into the drive-through at 1157 and stopped in lane one. Lane 2 had a customer that just got done ordering. That vehicle left and the light turns off. 5 seconds later someone on the intercom says they are closed. I mentioned that it was only 1157. They responded too bad, the light is shut off. Extremely rude employees.
