Mountain Tap Brewery

The Pesca Pizza is one of the best pizzas I've had in quite a while. As soon as I saw peaches on it, I immediately knew I needed to try it and it exceeded my high expectations. The cheese sauce was amazing. It was overall a great combination of flavors.

I'm not sure their other pizzas could live up to it, but I would absolutely come back to try more!

Liked the Local Lager… big time. Bartenders Dallas and Lu Lu great assets to this business. Pizza was terrific. Blue grass music was so good!

Beer was alright but service a bit lacking. We sat at the bar and after initial order sat forever before being acknowledged again. Got the beer cheese dip - don't get me wrong it was delicious but there was so little bread. Half the dip was left after finishing the bread. We ended up ordering (and being charged for) extra bread so we could actually enjoy the rest of the dip. It was very busy but still it's disappointing to sit for 10+ minutes at the bar with empty beers before anyone notices.

Really cool spot. Hoppy Hiker IPA was very tasty. Everyone who worked there was super friendly. Loved the big, dog friendly patio with water bowls.The beer stands on its own but this was truly one of the most dog welcoming breweries I’ve ever been to. Bonus points from my pup and I!

Great brewery right in town with a variety of beers. I really enjoy the outside patio area in the summer! We opted for a flight first then ordered the hazy and lager. Only got the popcorn which was tasty but the pizza looks delish! Definitely trying next time I’m in town.

Great food atmosphere and service! loved the elk meatballs. Also impressed with their dog friendly patio, including water bowls!

Excellent beer! Every other Friday they do a special cask ale!!! Dog was welcome on the big patio and the food was amazing 👏 left with loads of swag 😎

Horrendous service. Because of medical issues I am unable to drink beer. On Sunday the 3rd, I went to this brewery with friends who are beer drinkers. I ordered ice tea and immediately got a scowl from the waiter. I was served a glass of cloudy ice tea with one ice cube. I asked for sweetener and was given 2 packs of sugar. I asked for non-sugar sweetener and was told, ‘That’s all we got.”
I was charged four dollars for a shitty glass of ice tea served with rudeness. If you are a non-beer drinker, avoid this brewery unless you want to be treated terribly. Waiter’s attitude definitely sent a message he didn’t care about the customers.

Great beer and atmosphere.
Did the Wednesday tour with Rich the owner, was terrfic!
Definitely will come back next time we're in Steamboat.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere here. Came twice in the week we were here. Great service and a wonderful outdoor area. Love music and as set up outside. Great selection of beer, really good appetizers and the pizza was delicious. Just check out the beautiful pizza oven! It’s a great feature in this brewery! Sorry I forgot to take pictures of the pizza. A must stop in if you are in Steamboat Springs.

Probably great if you get their pizzas. I’d say pass on the prawns and salads.

Beers, pizza, swag, great service. What more do you need?

We had a great time at Mountain Tap! Great Beer and Pizza. We would highly recommend this brewery!
