Great first experience at Ore house. Will definitely be back. Our waiter was personable and attentive.

We really enjoyed our dinner at the Ore restaurant. Great salad bar, and the specials were not only reasonable but very good. We celebrated our anniversary and received a special dessert. We definitely would recommend dining there. Beautiful area as well.

Great casual place frequented by locals as they appreciate the unblemished history of this Steamboat place since 1971. Old fashioned ski town decor, salad bar and prime rib!

Our server was excellent, but the food was almost tasteless and incredibly overpriced. It was super loud at dinner time and our ADHD kids had to go outside to get away from the noise.

Our server Charlie welcomed us to the Ore House's beautiful patio, which had just opened for the season. After enjoying our cocktails, mocktails, and wine, we started with the steak bits and its wonderful teriyaki sauce. All six of us then ordered the $19.71 prime rib special, which comes with assorted sides and one of the best serve yourself salad bars in town—a phenomenal value. We all had enough to take some prime rib and leftover sides home with the cinnamon rolls for yet another feast today.

We have dined at the Pine Grove...the name prior to Ore House, and always had top notch experiences. This special that these owners are running this spring for the locals is the biggest draw yet. Steamboat is trying desperately to hang on to its sense of community and these owners know what they are doing. We applaud them in their culinary efforts.

Love the Ore House. Don't go often, but when we do, we really enjoy it. Food is spectacular, service is great, atmosphere is lovely, and the entire staff is wonderful! I would love to enjoy the salad bar once a week if I could.

The prime rib was phenomenal and done just right. I typically do not like salad bars, however it is so fresh and the wasabi ranch dressing is delicious. Our server Zach was fantastic, making it a really great date nite!

Excellent food with a wide variety of choices. You won't go away hungry, as you'll start with the salad bar, and entrees come with 2 sides. Lots of choices on the wine list too!

The food was delicious, but the real stand out was the service. The wait staff was courteous, friendly and attentive in a way I haven't experienced in a very long time. Yes, it was pricey, but you totally get what you pay for.

My husband had the bone-in ribeye, and I had the peppered elk loin. Both were very excellent. Prices were extremely high. However, your meals included the salad bar and 2 sides.
