We were really looking forward to having dinner here while we were in Steamboat for our anniversary. But we arrived and the restaurant was closed. The doors were locked with no note or explanation. Why wouldn't you all have called to let us know? And at the very least have closed your reservations. It's unfortunate because we were really excited to try multiple of the menu items. Maybe we'll give it a shot sometime if we're passing by.

Made a reservation for tonight after a long day of exploring the Steamboat area. We are staying right next door, and the forecast was stormy so we chose a place we didn't have to drive to or walk far to. They took a credit card to secure reservation at booking. We went down to the place about 5 minutes early only to find it closed. The OPEN sign was on, and posted hours as well as website, Facebook page and Google search showed it as open. Very disappointed. Won't be giving them a second chance. Had a very good meal at Mambo who accommodated us despite not having a reservation.

We are staying in a condo right by this restaurant. The open sign is on, hours on website says they are open. Made reservation on OpenTable for tonight. Got down there on time, not open..... they charge to hold the reservation, so I'm sure it will be a fight to get that refunded. In the day and age of technology, there's no reason there can't be an update or communication when unforeseen events cause closures. Won't give them a second chance.

My go to place for Steamboat Gravel weekend. Amazing pizza - The Big Christmas is my favorite. The Honey Mascarpone Cheesecake and Jalapeno Popper Aracini are also amazing! Friendly staff, and a great patio or inside with the rollup doors open make for great seating options depending on the weather.

This place gave us the vibe that we were not particularly welcome, and the waiter seemed pissed that we didn't order more. His sidekick new hire who was supposed to be shadowing him didn't seem to be all there, ignoring us until we had to get his attention for water refills (it was really dry that day). 20% gratuity is automatically included and when one couple paid their $75 tab with a $100 bill, the waiter asked if they wanted change. When they said yes, he visibly bristled and walked off in a huff. Also, our orders took a long time to arrive, and a chicken wing appetizer showed well after the entrees. We assumed they had forgotten them. All in all, we were underwhelmed with otto PINT.

Our server. Hannah was awesome! She highly recommended the duck pizza, & then suggested we also have a balsamic glaze on it. So delicious ?

We had a reservation for 6 and when we arrived the host said “go find yourself a seat”. When I asked if I could move a small 2-top table next to a 4-top, the host said “we don't allow you to move our stuff around.” We sat at the only available 6-top next to the pizza oven and it was very hot on a hot, sunny afternoon. We all looked at each other and got up and left.

We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience at Otto's! Kevin was exceptional, service was great. Food was unique and delicious! Highly recommend Otto's. The weather on the patio was even a win!

The service was HORRENDOUS! The food and atmosphere were good, but didn’t make up for the TERRIBLE service. We had a reservation, but showed up to be greeted by a huffy host who said that he didn’t have a table ready for us and “he’d have to figure something out.” Once we were seated it took 20 minutes for someone to bring us water. 60 minutes after we ordered our food, only six of our seven meals were brought to our table, one of which was wrong. We never received the seventh meal and had to flag down a different server to bring us more water as our server hadn’t noticed that all of our water glasses had been empty for over an hour. Our waitress consistently flew past us without checking in and if we asked her for something, she huffily responded that she was slammed. The restaurant was closed and more than half empty.

Probably the worst dining experience I've ever had. Host complained to me upon entering it was the busiest it had been. At the time(6:25p), it was about a quarter full but I'll give him credit by 7:30p it was near capacity. Long story short, we didn't get our final entree until 8:20p. Almost 90 minutes after ordering it. Literally a sandwich and fries. Between that, was reminders about drinks we had ordered. Questions about our entrees that were “on the way out” that were spaced out in 15 min increments. My duck pizza was underwhelming btw. But none of the food was horrible. Hence the three stars. But they serve pizza and sandwiches. One of the wives had to go to bar for her drinks. Wings were decent but slightly over cooked. The server said he was trying his hardest but had no hustle in him. Ironically when I asked for the manager, another group was standing in line to complain before me. Other tables were helping out with Parmesan, crushed red pepper and silverware. Lastly, the server ran out and quit, did a lap outside the patio and came back and apologized. My guess is rent was due on the 1st! There are too many decent spots in Steamboat, avoid this place.

Food was delicious and service was great. We ordered the margherita pizza (they were out of basil so subbed pesto and it might be a new fave! We appreciated that they told us of this at the time we ordered.), the Howelsen Sweet Hot chicken sandwich, and a Mile Hi Hefe (hint of banana). Everything was so good! Value was as expected. They have a cute little patio which I would recommend bc it was warm and stuffy indoors. We should've caught that mountain breeze. Would definitely recommend.

Love the one in fort Collins but I have to say I think this one is BETTER! pizza has been cooked to perfection lately and the fries at this location are insanely good! Cool staff always down for a chat. My vegan pizza was awesome, and my dad and friend had the burger saying it was one of the better burgers they have had!Vegetarian options: Love that they have vegan cheese :))) and it's the good violife cheese!! Obviously tons of veggies to do a vegetarian pizza as wellDietary restrictions: Gluten free crust option and vegan cheese! Tons of different kind of meat options

Lunch was great. We sat on the patio and watched the Yampa crowd over 4th of July weekend. The food was good, including the mussels, burger, and grits. We experienced wonderful service; maybe they’ve figured things out.

The pizza is the way to go! The pasta dish called Sorento was yummy but really really spicy. The cider and local brews were lovely. Totally recommend Otto for a pizza and a pint, but maybe not much else.

Amazing food. Would give it 5 stars if the service was better. Service is really hit or miss. Most often a miss. Don't go here if you need to be somewhere else afterwards.
