The Paramount

The three of us just had an amazing breakfast here at the Paramount. Real, honest to goodness food cooked perfectly in an inviting environment. We definitely all appreciated real eggs being used instead of eggbeaters the way that many other restaurants will use. Very flavorful and good size portions. Friendly staff and a great menu. Will definitely be back tomorrow morning for round two.

The crazy prices here for not even mediocre food were a huge disappointment. One burned pancake ($14) with one small dollop of rediwhip ($4 extra), this thing was black. When we took it back they said we would have to pay for the whipped cream again if we wanted it replaced. I get that it is a resort area and things are expensive. No excuse for it to also be really bad.

The prices are high because of the location. Drink pricing is odd, the latter, coffee and milk are all $5 each? The dish portions are big but the taste is just average.

Best place for breakfast or lunch by the mountain and to miss the downtown crowds.

Had a terrible experience last week and decided to give yall a chance to redeem yourselves. You can’t. So little care in the preparation for food. Bread wasn’t toasted at all. The crab blt has one tomato 2 pieces of thin Sysco bacon no lettuce. Pathetic crab. Busy or not you have employees that can’t execute actual food preparation. Weak, flavorless unloved Disney food that goes along with cheap owners and trash staff.

My husband and I got coffee here and it wasn’t the best. I got an iced coffee with carmel and oat milk, but the coffee seemed watered down and not very flavorful. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant but I would not get coffee here again. They do have an extensive food menu if interested!
