It is a mini food hall with three eateries. The ordering is through the phone, and it is a bit confusing when picking ingredient options. I am able to navigate and get what I want without adding any extra ($$). I am actually quite impressed with the choice of ingredients . The bowls came out perfectly.
Got a poke bowl today. The rice wasn’t cooked through. Still crunchy. Terrible. Maybe train your people how to make rice.
Food was very tasty. The person working was super friendly and helpful.

DO NOT order the ramen. It will be the worst bowl of ramen you have. Soggy noodles, soggy veggies, and flavorless broth.

The service is TERRIBLE. A skinny brunette girl working is rude, you can tell she doesn’t want to work. The portions she gives you are terrible compared to the others that work there. She has you waiting to order for so long and has the worst face. Pokee Bowls are good tho

THEE worst service. I've never left a bad review before but it was baaaad enough I feel it is justified. First off, they just ignored us. Then told us to use the QR code but we wanted to pay cash. The brown haired girl was nice and helped us. While the blonde rolled her eyes and watched her take our order instead of continuing to make the orders she was SO busy with. That was her excuse to not help us. We got our food finally and they made one wrong. Didn't say anything. We ordered egg rolls and they came out long after our actual meal. It's was $75 for three bowls and an order of egg rolls. We would have been fine paying that much had the service actually been good. They didn't give us a number, take our name or bring food out to us even though we were only two tables away. We had to keep an eye out and do everything ourselves. Meanwhile, the other businesses in that square brought food out to their customers. I'd also like to add that if a business is busy, I'm totally understanding and get that it takes time. These girls were on their phones and watching the TV off to the side the whole time. The screen in front of them is for orders, but I could see the actual screen of the TV they kept looking at and it wasn't work related.

Disappointing. Ordered 2 Tonkotsu bowls to go, only to get home and one bowl has about 1/3 or even less than the other. There’s no pork belly like listed, and instead was a dry chunk of pork meat. Mushrooms were chewy and overall not much flavor. At least the noodles were cooked well. Was stoked for a ramen spot here but won’t be back for this dish. Photos are what I got vs what’s on their site.

Ramen and Poke bowls are tasty. Apple potstickers dessert is awesome! The Food cook busted his buns to process all orders quickly and he had a great attitude. Check this place out! It’s in a food court with several other cuisines so the whole family can have something different if they wish.

Waited 40 minutes for a poke bowl & noodles. I’m addition to receiving the wrong meat in my poke bowl, it was incredibly bland despite adding multiple sauces. I also got food poisoning from my meal and was in bed sick an entire day during my vacation.

Decided to try this place out for lunch while in town for a quick visit! The restaurant is located within the Commons Food Hall in the back corner. I got a build your own poke bowl which was delicious while my spouse tried the Shoyu Ramen and that was even better! I would love to come back again, to try out the other restaurants within the hall. Service was friendly and informative on how the hall worked!

Quite literally the best poke I've ever eaten!!! Jake is amazing. His sauces are fantastic and truly make the bowl. I've never had roasted carrots on a poke bowl and now I'm not sure I ever want to eat one without. My hubby had a chefs recommended poke bowl with Ramen noodles and fell in love. The kids enjoyed the potstickers, egg rolls, and a crab and rice noodle bowl. A must try! His restaurant is hopping even as I sit here on a Sunday night. Love the common space eating casual vibe. He is thorough and quick, even with the line!
Dietary restrictions: My bowl was gluten and dairy free...Jake has so many options to accommodate!
