Slopeside location is beautiful. Service was great and the food was very good. The main room is loud due to high ceilings and nothing to really absorb the sound. There is seating on the other side of the bar but it was not open when we were there.

Parking: Parking options are hit or miss. If you are staying on property or in the base area it is convenient to walk.

Good food but let down by the service. The wait staff were super nice when I was able to interact with them… which wasn’t often because the restaurant seemed radically understaffed.

They all seemed stressed and doing the best they could, but the whole thing was slow and a little chaotic. Again, they were friendly and helpful, but everything took forever and my order came out wrong. (They took it off the bill which i appreciated.)

Plus the table next to us were four loud drunken idiots… not the restaurant’s fault, but it just made the whole experience worse.

Here’s the good news: I really liked the food. The chicken wings were excellent. My kid loved his burger and tater tots. My grain bowl came out wrong but it was still really tasty.

If this place had more staff it would be worth a visit for sure because the food is legit. But to be honest the whole experience was a little stressful.

A Must-Visit in Steamboat – Exceptional Food, Service, and Atmosphere!

White Rabbit at Gravity Haus in Steamboat exceeded every expectation! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The food? Absolutely out of this world. The short rib mac and cheese and shrimp and grits were nothing short of phenomenal—each bite bursting with flavor.

Chef Taylor is truly a mastermind, crafting a menu that is both top-tier and inventive. And the mixology…. Next level. Millie Day and Russel worked their magic behind the bar, creating drinks that elevated the entire dining experience tenfold. Even our sober friend couldn’t stop raving about the virgin blackberry mocktail!

From start to finish, this was a 10/10 experience. If you’re in Steamboat, White Rabbit at Gravity Haus is a must. We’ll definitely be back!

The White Rabbit Tavern at Gravity Haus Hotel is a fantastic ski-in, ski-out spot. The bartenders are friendly and create a fun atmosphere, while the food is outstanding. I loved the juicy signature fitch ranch burger and fresh seasonal salads, and the carrot cake is a must-try! Overall, it’s a cozy place with great service and delicious food—definitely worth a visit at Steamboat!

My wife and I took the snowmobile tour directly to the gym downstairs at the hotel. Afterwards, we went up to white rabbit for a bite to eat, everything was excellent. Great food, service, cocktails, etc.

Great experience and amazing staff! Got off the slopes and was able to ride almost to the door. The bartender Russell was very helpful and fun to watch make drinks. Happy hour prices best on the mountain by far!

Amazing dinner. Great atmosphere. I had the shrimp grits and my wife had the blackened trout. I highly recommend both. Also the caprese martini is phenomenal. There is something for everyone here.

Breakfast was overpriced and basic, eggs came out pretty much raw when I ordered sunny-side up. Kale Cesar was good, great old-fashion cocktail, and good happy hour options.

Came in after skiing. No one greeted us. Sat away from the bar. Place was pretty empty. Had to go to bar to get service. The girl behind the bar was annoyed we were asking for service. Then the beard skinny guy behind the bar yelled at us for sitting in the wrong area when no one directed us anywhere. Very disappointed in everything. He said something under his breath as he walked away. Very unprofessional place

Please do not list ONE GLUTEN FREE item that is an app, if you are not serious about accommodating to an allergy.

An idea - make a reference page your servers can use. Or pull the GF off the brussel sprouts - it’s misleading to people with a gluten allergy, thinking you know what you are talking about.

Do not be fooled by the service, especially with the bar manager. I understand the restaurant business can be very difficult however there should be no excuses when it comes to delivering bare basic hospitality. In the beginning, the bar manager seemed to be very pleasant with a sense of humor however, as the night progressed his real personality started to reveal itself to the point it was bizarre to say the least. Clearly, the bar manager was overwhelmed due to the number of mistakes made by himself as well as the staff. Then the bar manager tried to give us food that we didn’t order as some form of consolation to make up for his deficiencies. To top it off the bar manager offered to discount our bill, which he did not do. In fact, he charged our table multiple times and when he was confronted about the charges, he simply stated that his system was down and that he voided the initial charge. Clearly, this bar manager is incapable of managing a restaurant. In terms of food, I would give an overall two out of five stars. Unless you like a ton of salt in your food this place is not worth the trip and does not value its customers since most of its customers are transient tourists who won’t be returning again. Don’t waste your time or money it’s not worth it.

This place had pretty good first impressions we get there with our reservation and we were seated pretty quickly. Once we were seated it was about 30 minutes before anyone said anything. Then finally the manager came over and told us her forgot to tell someone that there were people at the table and they needed to serve us. We finally ordered and got our food. Our food was pretty good but not our favorite. It took a while and it wasn’t the best food but not bad at all.

The worst restaurant in Steamboat. If you want to wait for 40 min for an overpriced, average-tasting food, go for it. The service is the worst I’ve ever seen for a while.
