We dined at Saddles this week inside the Sheraton. Summer season has ended and winter season will be gearing up in two months so Saddles was unusually quiet, especially for Monday Night Football.
Beverly was our bartender/server. She was extremely attentive, helpful, and very nice.
We were excited to see the Peach Summer Toast on the menu. We make a similar version of this at home with apples. Fresh peaches with goat cheese, yummy bread - so much flavor!
We paired it with a Margherita Pizza -taking most of our pizza home for leftovers.

I had a night cap at Saddles lounge and it was delicious! I got the non-alcoholic cider and it was the perfect drink to end the night. The staff were super friendly and the ambiance was perfect! My family and I sat next to a fireplace and it was wonderful. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Steamboat!

Stopped by for some drinks after a long day and it was the perfect place to relax! The wine and the atmosphere were perfect on a chilly summer evening. One of the people in my group got a non alcoholic drink that was excellent as well! Would definitely come back!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Saddles Lounge and Market in Steamboat Springs, and I can’t recommend it highly enough—easily a 5-star experience! This gem, tucked inside the Sheraton with stunning views of Mount Werner, offers a cozy yet vibrant atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes or simply enjoying a fantastic meal. The club sandwich was an absolute standout—perfectly toasted bread layered with juicy turkey, crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, and tomato, all tied together with just the right amount of mayo. It’s the kind of classic done so well that it feels elevated. Pairing it with the Caesar salad was a brilliant choice; the romaine was crisp, the dressing tangy and creamy, and the croutons added a delightful crunch—simple perfection. And then there were the wings—cooked to juicy, tender goodness with a sauce that hit all the right notes of spicy and savory. They were so addictive I almost ordered a second round! The service was warm and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Saddles Lounge and Market nails it with great food, a welcoming vibe, and that unbeatable location. I’ll be back next time I’m in Steamboat Springs—highly recommend giving it a try!

Anytime you can watch the Cowboy Downhill in luxury, ya gotta be happy!
Had a fish and chips and it was fantastic. The fish were perfect and the sauce was good as well. The fries were just the right level of crispy. The food came out quickly and the employees were super friendly. Nothing to really complain about!

Located right in the Sharaton Saddles Bar had a nice view of the slopes. It offers food and drinks. Happy $1 off fun 3-5pm. The peanut butter hot chocolate drink was very good. There's heated outside seating with fire pits. Very cute. Good service.

Overall nice place, but the service depends on the bartender. First 2 days they were great. Today I stood at the counter for ten minutes and watched the server have a personal conversation with a guest. After someone alerted her she had a customer she turned and told me I would have to wait because she is the only one working. I walked out at that point.

Actually decent place to eat. I felt food was fresh and very good. Pizza is a solid choice. Wings were good as well (had the Asian). Asian salad couldn’t have been fresher. Maybe a little more expensive than it should, but for a restaurant at a resort it’s very reasonable. Would definitely come again
