It is really good authentic food, I love the butter chicken. The service is really quick, and the employees are nice. The restaurant is a really cool place to be at, with really cool Indian decoration.

Wow. Didn't expect this in a small town like steamboat. We have eaten Indian food all over the country and this place hangs with all the best ones. Food was very authentic and recipes were very much from India. The service was so good. Had our water filled constantly and staff was available whenever we needed it. The portions are huge!!!! We would order less and share more next time. We will absolutely be coming back everytime we come to town. One couple we meet there said they had eaten there for dinner the night before and they were back the next day for lunch bc they loved it so much. The ambiance is okay. This is not fine dining. This place is about fine eating.

Steamboat has a great new restaurant with the addition of Saffron! The food is legit & the service was very attentive. Tried the chicken momo's for a starter, really good & large portion too . Chicken tiki masala & lamb korma & a side of roti for entrees. All delicious, the chicken was so tender too. Will definitely go back to try more of the dishes. '

We had a great dinner last night at Saffron and I just finished off the leftovers. Great food and service. We had a variety of dishes and everything was amazing. Our favorite was the chicken chili appetizer. Super friendly staff and great service, we will definitely be back.

De-lic-ious. Super quick service, delicious food and surprisingly the margaritas are good too. I love the coconut curry and the naan bread is delicious as well. Highly recommend. Enough food to share or have leftovers. Yum!

What a gem in Steamboat Springs! The food is excellent and the best part about it is you can customize the spice level from mild which is not spicy at all (recommended for kids and people who don't like spicy food) to medium to extra hot. There are so many wonderful options to choose from. The number one best thing I love is the Butter Chicken and the Chicken Tika Masala with Garlic Cheese Naan and the Chai Tea.I recommend this place to everyone. Take a step out of your comfort zone to try this wonderful Indian food restaurant. The customer service is some of the best in town.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options.
First time eating Indian food and it won't be the last! This place is fantastic. My family ordered the Tandoori chicken, lamb saag, shrimp Tikka Marsala, rosemary and cheese naan. Rice came with entrees. So much food with decent prices for Steamboat. We're locals and we don't eat out much, but so glad we tried this restaurant. We'll definitely be back and we plan to spread the word.

Butter Chicken & Chicken Korma!!! ?? My husband loves Indian food and has had it all over the country and said this was the best he’s had. I agree it was perfection. Our two boys (ages 14 & 10) also said this was their favorite food they’ve had all week. We are here on vacation. One day left and I think we will be back for lunch! We also had the garlic naan - so good. I wish Saffron was in our hometown! ? Also, the service was awesome. No complaints!!
