The food was good. Your normal small plate, not a lot of food type of place. We knew this going in though. Great flavor, pretty plates, and quality ingredients. Bread with every course, so you do fill up.Our server was terrible. We sat for at least 20 minutes before even getting a drink, with him walking by and not even looking at us. Delicious! The 5 courses were beautifully presented and so unusual and absolutely delicious. It was pricy, but you get what you pay for - fabulous experience. We want to take our adult children when we come back to Steamboat.
My husband and I had a fantastic meal here. We chose the tasting menu and it did not disappoint. Ingredients were incredibly fresh and chosen with care. Would happily dine here again. Thank you Sauvage!
